Good location and good host

We enjoyed our stay here. The owners are very kind and super helpful. It’s walking distance to the blue temple and everything else is a short grab away. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We would recommend if you’re looking for a quieter place in Chiang Rai. It was very pleasant for us.

The condo is very clean and the gym and pool are good. There is Central Market, Robinson, and Big C within walking distance, so it is convenient for eating and shopping. Taxi drivers and others in Chiang Rai all know this condo. The inside of the condo is clean and the facilities are convenient, so it is good for a single person or a couple to stay. There is a veranda, so it is good for smoking. It is easy to communicate in English with the host.

Highly recommended. Host was very friendly and responsive with easy to follow instructions with photos. Located in private gated building with uninterrupted view which able me to leave the curtains open during my stay. Kitchen was well equipped, which able me to cook simple meals. Walking distance from major mall with large grocery and restaurants.

Amazing place to stay in Chiang Rai The condo is beautiful and clean and has many great amenities in the room and in the complex. Has everything needed for a long term stay. Location is fantastic. Central shopping mall is right across the street and can be accessed safely by pedestrian footbridge and Big C is right next door too. Many tourist attractions are a short drive away. The host is so nice and replies quickly to messages. I loved staying here and hope to stay here again when I return to Chiang Rai

I like it because it's so clean and quiet I wanted to do the last part of my trip here. I already have another booker, so I'm moving The number of floors is also on the 6th floor, so it's nice. The host communicates quickly. And in some other rooms, They say it smells like a sewer, but this room I stayed in It doesn't smell like that at all, and it's clean. The shower is leaking from the lake, so that's all I think it would be perfect to fix it. There are no inconveniences ~ ~

I really enjoyed Jittima’s place, the building is clean and quiet and the flat has everything you need: comfortable bed, small and nice sofa, good bathroom etc. There is also washing machine on the balcony with beautiful view. Jittima is very friendly and help all my needs, I recommend her place, but you should know that it's far away from everything and you must take taxi anywhere. Thanks Jittima :)

The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean and modern. We appreciated being able to cook and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The pool and fitness room were almost alway empty/no one using them, which was nice! The huge mall is literally outside the door with all you could need, with a small produce market nearby as well. It was about 25 minutes walk to the centre, but a Bolt was only about 65-70 baht if you don’t want to walk. The host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

One of the nicest Airbnb properties we have ever stayed at. The house is clean, tidy, well stocked and there has clearly been a lot of thought put into all the small details that can really make a difference (e.g., plenty of bottled water). The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe/secure. But the highlight is definitely the host. Nongkhran is just outstanding. One of the kindest, most helpful hosts we've encountered. Worth noting that you do need a vehicle (car or motorbike) due to the location, which is about 10min drive outside the city centre. We really enjoyed this aspect of the property. Highly recommend.

Je is a very wonderful and friendly host. She personally greet us during check in and make sure everything is in place for us to have comfortable place. In addition, she recommend us a few local tourist spots and food. Her aunty restaurant, Ban Noi is just right next to the homestay and foods are delicious. I highly recommend her house for homestay in Chiang Rai 👍🏻👍🏻

small haven of peace, comfortable accommodation with terrace. 15min walk to bus station and city center.15 min to airport. on the other hand, our place did not have a bathtub as agreed but a shower . i recommend this listing for its value for money.

We recieved a very friendly welcome at the house by Je, the home is well set up & was a very comfortable stay for my family. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is very usable with plenty of equipment to cook a meal. I especially liked the filter coffee machine. My 3 year old daughter loved the big garden & we found it very handy to have the washing machine. Walking distance to a couple of cafes & 5 minute drive into the centre of Chiang Rai.
