Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Mueang Chiang Rai District

Living in her place, I felt like I was beamed back to 50 years ago! With cement walls and dark furniture, the room gave a feeling that I was living in my dream. I felt like I stayed in this place before many many years ago, maybe in my dream! The location is not very far from a famous restaurant, whose name I didnot remember. The breakfast is excellent, Mango bread, some juice and even porridge! I like the lady who has a beautiful smile and is very easy to communicate with.

This was by far the highlight of our trip. After the craziness of Bangkok there wouldn’t have been a better way to unwind. A Woden hut hand built by the hosts, nestled in a light native bush next to a pond. This was exactly as we expected and more. Nee and her husband were so friendly and welcoming. Nee speaks amazing English which made they stay that much easier. The stay comes with breakfast, as well as the amazing baking. Nee also offers dinner at a very affordable extra cost. All of which was so good! All in all this is the absolute perfect get away to clear your head and unwind. I suggest hiring a car or scooter so you have the freedom to get around and enjoy the temples and views at your own pace.

I thought it was from airbnb, but it turned out to be a great hotel with parking and a beautiful garden.Breakfast is also available daily with a full variety, self-service and the dishes you choose one day in advance.My room is on one side of the garden, open the door to the garden.The room is a little small, which makes it a bit difficult for me to put things away (I have a lot of things), because there are a few mosquitoes and insects in the garden, people who come should bring mosquito repellent.The hotel lady is very helpful and likes ~

Our stay at Gita's was truly outstanding and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was perfect. The peaceful atmosphere upon arrival, the spotless rooms, and the friendly, attentive staff made the experience even more memorable. If you're visiting Chiang Rai, this place is a must-stay and offers the best value for money in town. The location is wonderfully tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle, yet there are over a dozen affordable Thai restaurants just 300 meters away. Highly recommend! Wararuk is also a very responsive host which also enhanced the stay.

we booked Darakorn villa at the very last minute and Isara was very flexible and helpful to make us feel very at ease, just like at home. darakorn villa is amazing. nested in a huge botanical park and along a river stream. so peaceful. Mrs Chan was there to welcome us. we went to buy food so she can cook a thai diner for us. we had great fun cooking with her. we managed to communite well. we lit a fire at night in the chimney as nights are fresh and relaxing best host and best local experience so far! thank you so much for having made this stop possible. see you in Mauritius hopefully one day Isara. best regards

Great place, great stay. The garden and cafe are lovely and exactly what I was looking for. I had no idea where to stay in Chiang Rai and opted for a more quiet neighborhood and that was good. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the center of town and that was manageable, with late night tuk tuk rides a couple of times.

This airbnb is just amazing. I have never stayed somewhere so nice before. I will definitely stay here if I’m in the area again. Everything in the room and property is so beautiful and idyllic and we loved the amazing breakfast with fresh French bread. They also had bikes to ride around the nearby village. It is also amazing to see and hear the animals (cows, cats and dogs, crickets, frogs, birds). It is truly like a paradise here. It’s the kind of place you would expect to be hundreds of dollars a night. Highly recommend

We all spend three good nights in the hotel,and include breakfast.

A very cute place! The whole building was well decorated! The staff is quite friendly as well. $500 key deposit was required, so please make sure you have enough cash!
