It’s a little paradise close to the medina of Hammamet. Peaceful and authentic, it’s the perfect spot for a romantic escapade or a trip with friends. Having dinner in the center of the riad was the highlight of our stay, we loved being surrounded by the plants.

Feriel and her husband are very friendly, welcoming and warm people. Being without a last-minute accommodation because of another host , Feriel rented us the same day his accommodation and accompanied us on the phone until we arrived. The house is spacious everything available with a nice swimming pool in front . If you want a good time relaxing in peace I advise you to rent . Thank you very much. See you soon .

The house is charming, bright and tidy. We particularly enjoyed the pool and outdoors space. The environment was quiet. The house had three bedrooms and a bathroom, the second bathroom is located in the master suite. Kitchen was well equipped . I'll mention what could be improved on: The location on Airbnb is the wrong one. The person who hosted us had trouble giving instructions on the location (we rarely come to Tunisia we had a lot of trouble finding the house). The living room and kitchen are very large and you will spend most of your time there, so you have to provide additional air conditioners. There were a few minor issues with finishes, including doors that lacked keys or locks to effectively close them from the inside. Overall, I would recommend this house and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We'll be happy to go back!

We loved the peaceful location and close to several strategic places for a good stay as a couple or family,the host has always been attentive and very responsive in addition to being a great character who must absolutely be known because very rich in moral value,the neighborhood was great, the nearby shops are up to all the purses,the beaches are beautiful and varied rocks and fine sand,I highly recommend Dar Fadhila seriously and we took a subscription for each of our holidays in these places.

Mohamed was very friendly from the beginning, gave us many tips for good restaurants and also, when the electricity went out, he took care of it immediately and came by for 30 minutes with an electrician. The place was perfect for us. It was very clean and from the construction of the house and the room distribution perfect for us as a family with three children. The house is kept in minimalist living style without looking cold. You immediately feel comfortable and home. However, what is negative, which has nothing to do with the house or Mohamed, is the garbage that is located around the accommodation and also on the beach. Tunisia has really nice places but unfortunately there is dirt, trash and plastic everywhere. This was very unfortunate and very strange for us. But as I said, as soon as you were within Mohamed's property, you were in a clean, quiet and very private oasis where we were all very comfortable.

Secure accommodation, very pleasant and equipped with all the necessary equipment, with its swimming pool and its very welcoming exterior and not overlooked. Very responsive, flexible and communicative host. We had a very nice week at Iskander's place I recommend it, whether it's for families or groups of friends.

We spent three wonderful nights here in February with a group of seven. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, we had a fantastic stay. The property offers great value for the money, a prime location, and stunning balcony views that match the photos perfectly. The secure underground parking was a plus, and having supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby made everything convenient. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time! Quite quiet and modern neighborhood with everything nearby, halfway between hammamet and nabeul, perfect for visiting. The space was clean, tidy, with all the amenities to feel at home. The host as well as his colleague were very kind and responsive, I would recommend ☺️

Nourelhouda waited for us till 2 am while we arrived later than anounced, she had préparered everything in the studio, it was spotless and the laundry smelled awesome, my companion and I loved it and may return if we think of going to Hammamet again

Great villa with very nice services very nice finish: only downside: the location without a car nothing is doable

Charming apartment with easy access, well-equipped, in the area everything is a stone's throw away to do its little shopping. The beach is a 10 minute walk too.
