Great place to stay in Vegas! Alex had great communication from start to finish. The house was also cleaned extremely well, it felt so comfy and fresh like no one had ever even been there. Adequate towels, soap, and toilet paper were provided. The house was decorated and laid out nicely, and the beds were very comfortable. TV’s in all the rooms were very convenient, and cute and clean furniture in the backyard. Nothing was difficult about this stay at all. I would definitely stay here again!

I brought my family to this beautiful place for short holiday vacation. It was a great time. We loved the house. Stephane thank you so much for being an amazing host. You are so kind and helpful. We definitely coming back.

The place was absolutely beautiful! Our group loved the large kitchen area! Most importantly, it’s the ideal location for those visiting for the usual Vegas festivities. It’s literally 2 mi from the Strip & Fremont St, 5 mi from the Airport. In addition, the trek to Red Rock, Seven Mountains & Mt Charleston is fairly close if you have a POV. The place was as pictured, and a lovely addition to our perfect getaway for my Mom’s 60th Birthday Celebration!

I stayed 2 separate times at Cristian and Mariana’s lovely condo and was so well taken care of. The home is quiet, clean and well appointed. Extremely safe and near great food, shopping, hiking and 25 min to the strip.

This place really had it all and was worth every penny. Not only was the house fully stocked with everything my group and I could have needed, it had plenty of other amenities to make our lives easy while we were staying 7 days for work. We especially liked and took full advantage of the home gym which was a great way to get motivated in the early cold mornings before long days at work. The location itself deserves a lot of credit as well, it's not only a quick trip to the strip but also downtown. More importantly though, the local neighborhood has everything you could want if you're looking for great food or even just basics like groceries. Honestly, it's the perfect spot in town and I'm looking forward to staying here yearly during our work trips. Tim is also a tremendous and professional host, very responsive and attentive.

Maria and Walter are great hosts. My family enjoyed our stay, specially kids. Both were very responsive and caring. I would definitely stay at her place if I were to back to Pahrump!

DJ was very flexible and accommodating. We had a little issue turning the hot tub on due to a brand new system, but he immediately sent someone to check on us and help out. We had a great stay.

Patrick’s place is perfect! My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. We did some work from home fully enjoying the fabulous view, then enjoyed all that Vegas has to offer. Having taxi/uber right downstairs was amazing. Having monorail just steps away was a huge plus as well (we’d monorail it to places then take uber back). The unit was modern, spacious, and super clean. I didn’t think that I would but I ended up using the jacuzzi every single day after all the walking we did. Patrick was an amazing host too. He checked up on us the first day and was very quick to respond to any questions we had (within minutes). Patrick was extremely accommodating. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

This was nicely located for us- we weren't planning to spend much time on the strip but was convenient to it when we did visit. The house was as pictured and we enjoyed the hot tub after a of day hiking. Having a guide to the house would have been helpful (took us a while to figure out how to turn on the gas fireplace). The house was clean except for a couple of minor things, but there were some things that would benefit from updating such as the master bath toilet/shower area. Some of the drawers, towel racks, and faucets were a bit rickety/ loose. We loved the outdoor space and wished we had more time to take advantage. We would stay again for our next area visit.

This home is a great place to stay. Our group has stayed here twice! Dov is an excellent host and this house provides a nice neighborhood and great mattress to sleep on.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Micheal’s place! It was clean and looked like the photos. I would stay again next time I’m looking to stay right off the strip. Thank you for hosting us!
