The beach house is perfect. The attention to detail and amenities are well above average. We have visited for several years and nothing changes, which is perfect. The location is amazing. You can never run out of amazing places to walk to!

Adorable spot just steps from the ocean, everything was clean and cozy! It felt like a home, had plenty of amenities, and the windows all had peaceful backdrops of ivy/lemon trees/foliage. It was nice to relax in the back patio listening to the birdsong, and somewhat comical to hear the squirrels racing across the roof. Being two blocks from the ocean was a dream to pop over and walk along the cliffs. Thank you for the lovely experience!

beautiful home and location to spend the holidays with my sister and our families. kid friendly, short walk to the beach. house is comfortable and spacious. 10/10 ! hope to return someday

The backyard is understated - it’s a garden - oasis to itself that provides your own unique private area to relax and enjoy when not out and about. Terrific location walking distance from food, drink, and beach. A+ : thank you.

This home is extremely well appointed, steps from the beach and has everything one could need for a relaxing beach vacation. The added items the host leaves for guests is very thoughtful. Will go back again!

We enjoyed our stay at Philip's unit and would definitely return if staying in the area again. The space was comfortable and clean and the office space was a bonus. We liked that the neighborhood was quiet and walkable to the beach and nearby amenities.

As others have said, this is a very small unit, but fine for two people and our two small dogs. One person has to be able to climb into bed from the bottom of the bed as it is pushed against two walls with about 6" space at the foot of the bed. The shower is fantastic and washer, drier and dishwasher are all great to have. Yes, the driveway is very steep with a sharp turn halfway up. We had no problem getting up and plenty of room to park and turn around with our large automatic SUV in the large flat space by the house. I wouldn't want to arrive at night for the first time. We loved walking our dogs along the road to the creek and discovering many loop trails with bridges and stairs along the creek and canyon.

Beautiful little place, with picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean and natural landscaping. Clean, comfortable and easy access. Lots of security that patrolled day and night, which is nice. Fine dining restaurant is within walking distance.

Daisy was awesome! I was planning to get a ham & cheese croissant from The Buttery while I was in Santa Cruz, and guess what was on the counter upon my arrival?? The croissant was delicious. I also really enjoyed the charcuterie style snacks and the great suggestion to go to a little known dog park half a block away. She was very kind and available for questions etc. The private patio space is a wonderful place to sit out and get some sun. The location can't be beat; you are so close to most everything! Walking distance or a short car ride for the things I was planning to do. I love being able to visit the redwoods and the beach in the same weekend. Very rejuvenating.
