Vacation rentals in Mount Direction

Lottie's Cottage is a well set up space for a family to enjoy all that Launceston has to offer. It is tucked away over the hills in a nice a quite area and views over the hills and lovely birds singing away in the trees. The kids loved the space and having their own rooms and two bathrooms which made it a lot easier. The kitchen was well stocked and a great coffee machine that made use of by frothing milk for milo's. The driveway is a bit steep but manageable, typical Launceston, it's either up hill or down! I did let Sam know of a couple of maintenance issues and she was quick to respond and get it sorted. We stayed at other places throughout Tassie while on holidays and Lottie's Cottage was by far the best. We will be definitely book again next time we head down south.

Beautiful home. Short walk to the beach. This home has everything - even extras like great quality beach towels and some kitchen essentials - tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods, cooking oil, laundry powder. Packet of chocolate biscuits in the fridge. Views of the water from bedroom. Beautifully appointed. Very clean with high quality finishes. We would definitely return

Liz's home felt so welcoming as soon as you walked into the room. Our stay was towards the end of our Tasmanian adventure so it was nice to have the space of the whole house for our family to spread out. Cooking on the outside bbq was my favourite spot. The view of the water from the kitchen was gorgeous. Days were a little cooler however when we went for a walk to the beach, surprisingly the water temp was absolutely beautiful. Thank you Liz for allowing us to stay in your part of the word. We can not wait to return.

What a wonderful place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at Lark's place - looking out the expansive windows to the glorious views, cooking up a lovely meal in the well-equipped kitchen and being together in an extended family group. It is truly a lovely house and we will definitely return for future stays. Lark is a great host - nothing is too difficult and she was very responsive to every approach. Our engagement with her could not have been easier.

The Pier Shack was just what our family needed for our Christmas Holiday! The space had great indoor and outdoor areas and was walking to distance to the beach and our favourite food truck park. Shari had everything you needed, as well as sweet little touches for our son as well. Totem tennis was definitely a hit! The beds were super comfortable as well. Shari was a great host and was so prompt at answering any queries. We didn’t want to leave, we will be back! 🥰

Very comfortable place to lay one’s head after busy day . Was a cold night & lovely wood 🔥 easy to prepare a quick dinner in kitchen . Good pod coffee machine . We recommend this cottage .

Thank you Shari for having us in your beautiful house, we had a fantastic time celebrating a 40th birthday with extended family. Very comfortable with everything we needed for a great week, evenings relaxing on the deck after days at the beach were perfect! We really appreciated that it was dog friendly too.
