Vacation rentals with a patio in Motril

This is a great apartment. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Bed very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere off the beaten track, but still with plenty of amenities.

Except for the access to the property which we found complicated, everything is really great. Large apartment, very clean, comfortable mattress, equipped kitchen, large patio. We loved it.

The apartment is lovely and the location is great. Everything is near. It is only a short walk from the beach. The apartment has a balcony which is very nice as well since you can see the mountains and the sea. Barry is very friendly, reliable and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. My boyfriend and I stayed there for a big period of time and everything was great.

The apartment is clean and newly renovated. The spacious rooms and the terrace is a plus. I would stay again, without a doubt.

A great nice apartment. Everything is available for a perfect stay. The apartment is stylishly decorated and you can see that it is still new. The main garden with the view is enjoyable. Everything is provided. Sunbeds in the garden. A dining area and a separate seating area. The swimming pool is shared with the other apartments. There are opening times for this. Also, you have a private parking space in the parking garage. We had a lovely stay. Thanks Rafael.

Perfect apartment (very clean with excellent communication with owner) to enjoy and dream of escaping a Chicago winter. The area has a very basic grocery store however a Lidel supermarket is in Motril accessible by bus vs driving. The beach bar Hoyo 19 is a Go To for breakfast, beverages plus meals. Excellent seafront walkway combo of natural and modern. I would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect. We felt very comfortable and we were taken care of very warmly. It's nothing to improve! It was a great time and we would be happy to come back.

Rafa is a very good host, friendly and helpful. The apartment is great, but the heater needs to be improved as it can be a bit cold in winter. Another detail is that there is effectively free parking is the immediate vicinity (which is what is mentioned in the listing description) but it can be difficult to find a place available, this is not Rafa's fault but maybe (note the “maybe”) should be mentioned at the first opportunity.

The two of us arrived with our car and Sam guided us so well that we also found the finca without any problems. The journey seemed adventurous but ultimately completely hassle-free. We immediately felt very welcome in the house. Drinks were provided with cold and small sweets, everything very lovingly prepared in the details. The amenities leave little. Wishes open. Whether cleaning materials or cooking utensils, everything is there. In and around the house..such as on the upper balcony with sea view and in the strikingly maintained, clean pool.. you can enjoy absolute privacy. Sam is always responsive and we had the impression that she and Ian were happy if they could also fulfill wishes for the guests. When we asked for a small table for the balcony, it didn't take an hour for us to be fulfilled. We felt like personal guests and will definitely come back. ❤️ Thanks Sam and Ian. You guys are great.

Charis is a lovely, warm host and the apartment is spacious and light. The kitchen is well equipped and large and the sitting room/dining area is an open, airy space which leads onto a large terrace overlooking the marina with an amazing view! The apartment also has an abundance of storage, which was such a bonus! We felt very cozy and completely at home at Charis’ apartment for the 8 weeks we were there and the location is very pretty with hilly, scenic walks to the centre of La Herradura or Almunecar. For convenience though, both are reachable by car (which is recommended for the area) within an easy ten minutes :) Thank you Charis, for the wonderful stay!

It is slightly up on the road may be 50 odd meters but place is really nice. Bit issue in opening key/lock . Place was warm and cosy. We had very good stay. NEar to main attraction of the city. all good. thanks

We have 12 days in the Apartment and were delighted! The apartment is very nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable. The outdoor area is much larger than it can be seen in the photos. You can look out to the sea from the terrace and enjoy the sunrise! We really enjoyed everything very much and we will definitely come back again!

Cosy little apartment. It had everything we needed, we were even left with some basics like pastas and sauces in the cupboard! Gorgeous terrace with beautiful views. Parking available nearby. Great location within the village. Ideal driving distance to Sierra Nevada, Alhambra and Granada (all within 30mins).

To be honest, there are no words that can describe this RÉSIDENCE. This place is MAGICAL. The terrace, the VIEW, and the overall pristine condition of the penthouse and modern amenities. I'm already contemplating when I'm visiting again. Footnote - Elena is absolutely the 👌 BEST. She was so genuine and helpful with all of our needs.

We had a very pleasant vacation at Ivan's place. The house is comfortable and in a strategic position to visit the most interesting areas of Granada. Great availability and courtesy from Ivan. Absolutely to consider for future vacations in that area .

The accommodation matches the description, very nice, impeccable cleanliness, a good reception, all the comforts. The ocean views are beautiful, the pool left you speechless everything was great!!!

We just love renting this apartment. You have everything you need and Rachel is a lovely host! The location is right on the beach with the best wiew in Nerja! We have already booked our return to this place for next year Warmly recommended!
