couldn't fault the this place! so clean, natural light and lots of space! the view of the castle was beautiful. Some reviews mentioned loud noise from bar, but we didn't find this an issue. 5th floor apartment with some steps, but not a problem at all. Luis was very friendly, quick to reply and made attention to detail.

Hoston was very helpful and friendly with us. It is a great apartment, well equipped, with balcony and parking space, located very close to Alfama, Lisbon's traditional neighborhood, and other very important neighborhoods of the city. It is possible to walk to the city's main sights. We will certainly look for Gustavo again when we are in Lisbon.

We had a great time at Bertina's place. She is very welcoming; she met us when we arrived and made sure we had all the necessary information and were comfortable. She also responded very quickly to questions. We loved the neighbourhood and Bertina's place; it is small, but thoughtfully furnished and equipped and it had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Ana was a great host! Very responsive & lovely to interact with. We had an unexpected flight delay & she was very helpful & accommodating with our change in arrival arrangements. Apartment was tidy & clean & quiet. Overall a great experience.

This was our second time staying at Vitor and Carla’s place, and it certainly won’t be the last. The house is spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we need for a comfortable stay. It’s conveniently located near several beaches and the town of Caparica. During the weekend, we chose to walk to the beach since parking can be a bit tricky. Carla’s generosity really stood out—she offered us an extra night for free when her previous guests left a day early, knowing we were already in Portugal. This thoughtful gesture truly reflects their hospitality. We highly recommend staying here and are grateful to have been welcomed back. Thank you, Vitor and Carla.

We absolutely loved Antonio’s place. The house and gardens are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. We held a vow renewal and stayed with our family there and it was the perfect choice!

What a great place for extremely good value. You'll definitely feel like royalty during your stay!! Maria is so friendly and open to help. Some "hidden" things we learned as we went/didn't expect: the city tax (2 euros each for every person for every day); paying for Nespresso pods; you have to send a QRCode to drivers (Uber, UberEats, etc.) since there is restricted access between 8am and 7pm. This is all fine and manageable; just felt it would have been nice to know ahead of time. There's also quite a walk between the gate and the house (and definitely in a valley, hence the BEAUTY), so do expect a lot of movement in your stay (including how many bags you have with you, since there's no easy way to carry them except for yourself :). Definitely worth it -- just hopefully helpful info for those who'd appreciate knowing before booking! Overall, super cool experience that I'd love to repeat!!

Our flight was late leaving London, as a result we were late checking in with no provisions. Local shop wasn't open, so David arranged for his father to drive us to the Aldi store approximately 3 km away and he met us there to make sure we were OK. The man is a gem and his parents are as well. the cottage is on the sand dunes, and the beach stretches for kilometres. 150 to 300 metres along the beach at approximately 10 am fishing boats come into the beach an are dragged up to the fishing community in the dunes. a fascinating place to visit. Thank you so much David for making this trip so memorable.

I had an amazing stay at Pedro’s place! The location on Avenida da Liberdade is unbeatable—right in the heart of Lisbon, with easy access to great restaurants and shops. If you’re looking for a top-notch stay in Lisbon, this is a great choice. Highly recommend!

Great location, a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Catarina is good in communication and she was flexible with check-in and check-out. Just keep in mind that area is rather hilly and sidewalks are narrow. Five out of five experience.

I stayed at Cheng's place for a month. There are a number of things I really appreciated about my stay: - I had been sick shortly before my arrival and was still not feeling well, so really appreciated cohost Mariami helping me with the check-in - The apartment was fully stocked with basic essentials such as cleaning supplies and toiletries. This is rare! Very much appreciated. The place itself ticks all the boxes both for short and long stays. Cheng and Mariami were responsive hosts and I'm sure they'd have been there right away, if I had needed them to during my stay. I think I've enjoyed the neighbourhood itself the most. It is close enough to the touristic center to walk there, but far away enough from it to feel peaceful at night. Some things to keep in mind when booking the place is that it is in an older building and on one of the higher floors, without an elevator available. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend Cheng and his apartment.

100% recommended,the apartment is renovated. All described,the location is unbeatable, at the foot of Alfama, a 15-minute walk from the Plaza del Comercio. By subway ,bus and tram practically at the gate . Antonio( who is a crack), allowed us to enter before the determined time, recommended an economic parquin 5 minutes.As aspects to improve: a certain smell of humidity, soft mattresses and menaje Fair. But I finish my comment as I started 100% recommended , and the value for money is unbeatable.

Beautifully furnished flat and very clean! Key transfer was well organised. Lots of parking nearby! And nearby are several supermarkets. Public transport to the centre of Lisbon is good to do. On my next visit to Lisbon I will definitely book this flat again.

Cheng’s penthouse is absolutely wonderful—spacious, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully designed down to the finest detail. Staying here felt just like home. The apartment is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The living room is cozy. The two bedrooms provide plenty of space, with one featuring an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the second bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is modern and fully stocked with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and a large refrigerator—perfect for both short and long stays. The outdoor space is another highlight. There are two spacious terraces where you can relax, enjoy a meal, or take in the fresh air. The master bedroom also has access to a private terrace, which is a lovely touch. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Lisbon—great location, modern amenities, and excellent hospitality. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!
