Very nice central apartment, practical, pretty, good energy and very clean. Building is also very clean and light

Very central location on 2 floors with a nice Terrasse! Right in the middle of Antibes! We did a workation week at Ivan’s place and enjoyed a lunch swim every day at the beach! Very friendly host and nice neighbourhood! The upper floor is extremely bright but tall people need to be careful.

We had a nice stay with the family in this beautiful village of Cap Esterel. The apartment has everything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas and New Year and felt very much at home.The balcony too was great and we enjoyed having breakfast there most mornings looking at the beautiful sea views.Would recommend Laure's place and will hopefully stay there again

Perfect apartment for a working/vacation. Great location close to the centre of Villefranche although you do need to be fairly fit to climb the steps from the harbourside to the property. Roni was very helpful and met us on arrival and gave us some great tips on local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning soon.

We loved it so much that we didn't see the time go by to the point of forgetting the checkout date. The apartment is superb, very well-equipped with great taste, the location is perfect, right next to the train station, convenient for getting around. I would highly recommend it Everything was perfect for a wonderful lemon festival.

Wonderful visit at the apartment. We stayed for a week. The location was perfect for us. Close to bus and tram stops, grocery and bakery shops — and across the street from the promenade, where we could stroll all the way to Old Nice. Perfect! The view from the apartment was just beautiful morning, noon and night. While the bathroom is bijou, the apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. I do have to mention how very comfortable the beds were. That was a welcome bonus after a long day of sight seeing. Our hosts were so pleasant, responsive and accommodating to work with. That made our travel so much easier. I look forward to a return visit where I will book this apartment again. Thank you, Tam and Jennifer. I am happy to recommend.

Highly recommended apartment because everything is there: cleanliness, proximity to the beach, the city center, the kindness and flexibility of the owner (we wanted to arrive earlier than expected and she accepted without problem), the pool and especially the amenities of the apartment. We also greatly appreciate the cleanliness of linens, laundry of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towel, towels and limmense terrace with its sunbeds and tables.
