Wonderful place, like the one in the pictures. The view was the most beautiful thing and the beach was good for bathing and the surroundings was very quiet, which we were looking for. We loved everything ❤️

Marta e João are great hosts, very attentive and always on standby if necessary!! The hostel is great, provides a quick or long stay. We felt at home and we will definitely return, bringing family and friends and we will indicate the inn for everyone.

The stay at Fábio's apartment was excellent! Near the beach and the city center, apartment with spacious environments, well decorated, with everything we need. I would rent this property again and recommend it!

Everything was great! Sergio very kind and as soon as I confirmed he already gave me the data about the apt. He and his wife were very attentive and helpful to us, as well as very friendly. I went with my elderly parents, the apt answered exactly what I needed. Everything is clean and well functional, because on vacation we need rest and practicality in everything. And people, having the meals looking at the sea, has no price!!! I'll definitely go back. We spent wonderful days at the Pé na Areia inn.

Beautiful place close to the beach . Communication with laura was excellent, very attentive to respond to messages and always in order in case you need anything . Apartment with all the necessary amenities as offered in the publication and a very nice outdoor space. Ideal for those who travel like us with pets as it is totally closed .

The stay was great, the house is very wide, everything was clean and in order. The location is very good, two blocks from the beach and close to downtown, easy access to restaurants. Rosélio and Dona Rosângela are super attentive. I recommend the stay to everyone!

Everything perfect the house is as it describes, everything impeccable super recommend. In my case where I went to work it was very good, there was no noise of anything and without counting on the comfort that the house offers.

We were greeted kindly with warm coffee and a great cuca. The house is cozy, with a beautiful patio, inviting swimming pool, excellent accommodation. It was a week of rest and leisure. Trails, beaches, natural beauties, all close. The stay was very good! The description and photos corresponded with the one released and everything was clean. Kitchen utensils and crockery available, as well as the pool was also clean and the water really heated! Anderson was an excellent host, always mindful of messages and agile when needed. The only question is that it is further from the sea (approx. 11 blocks), but with the structure of the pool, we take advantage of this space much more. Super recommend !

Cozy and quiet place,when we arrived what bothered us a little was the musty odor,but I believe it was because the house was very closed. Daniel is a great host,responds quickly,and is always willing to help and assist. We had an unforeseen situation with the shower that burned,but it is something that happens,Daniel did not take long to try to solve the problem,and he was willing to help,an electrician from the condominium went to the house and changed the shower, we had not even a cost. The accommodation is very cozy,quiet and well located. Very familiar.

The apartment is well located in Capivari de baixo/Tubarão and is well equipped with everything it takes for a short or long stay. Check-in and check-in were practical. I recommend the space of Augusto.

It is good lodging near a beach on average quieter than the others, close to a well-stocked market and not so far from downtown. The accommodations are cozy. has a good pool.
