My husband and I wanted a getaway to celebrate our 32nd anniversary in one of our favorite areas. What a wonderful surprise to find such a lovely place to stay. We appreciated Bill and JJ's loving attention to the Casita. Communication between us was prompt and clear. Instructions were thorough. The space has everything one would need. The Guidebook they put together was very helpful. The beds are very comfy. The Casita stayed warm despite the cold weather. The jacuzzi was inviting, and the stars at night (when it was clear) were amazing. Extra points for the entertainment provided by the goats. This is one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed in yet. Our only disappointment is that because of our busy schedule we never got to say hello and thank you to our wonderful hosts, which, we learned from the guest book, is an added delight. Maybe next time.

Colin & Teriza's place has a lot going for it. It's clean, well cared for and the view of the rock is great. The decor makes the most of the space. The hosts were generous with an early check-in and are very responsive. When the dog downstairs was whining because the owner was out, they even offered to come over and calm the animal. We enjoyed our time there.

Location is key! Debbie gave clear instructions on how to find the unit. Once settled, walkable distance to downtown including restaurants,coffee shop, park, farmer's market, wine bars, etc. Everything in the unit is exactly pictured and described without surprise. Be mindful, if you are getting in the first night after sunset, it may be dark once past the gate and up the stairs-so I'd recommend going earlier in the day or go in the unit first before hauling the rest of your belongings.

We enjoyed staying here. Easy access to everything the area has to offer, well kept, and a responsive and friendly host. Very reasonably priced. It's in a fairly quiet residential area. There wasn't much noise in the building when we were there, however be mindful that there are long-term residents in this quadruplex, and you can hear each other.

We are returning guests at Corey’s Grover beach units. Always a pleasure booking with Corey. He was able to offer early check in for us. He is also very responsive. The location is close to the Oceano dunes and Pismo pier. The area has great restaurants around as well. This unit was cozy and prefect for our family.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jenifer's beautiful San Luis Obispo flat. This was a rare occasion where the accommodations were even more beautiful than the Airbnb photos. Jenifer places many personal details into the flat, and this made my experience fun and comfortable. She was extremely kind and responsive to any questions I had. The flat is within a two-minute walking distance to lovely cafes, restaurants, and stores in downtown San Luis. Parking was easy and plentiful. Thank you, Jenifer, for letting me stay here! This cute beach rental is perfect for a couple or a couple with kids. The sleeping arrangements were varied, and that helped with the kids. Very cute cottage that was walkable to thrift shops and casual eateries. Molly and Justin are very communicative and their conscientiousness made our stay a great one.

The cutest place for our girls trip weekend! The house is so charming, we loved that there were enough rooms and bathrooms to feel comfortable and not too cramped. We loved that the location of the home was walkable to downtown! The only thing we wished there were more of was full length mirrors as there is just one in the home. Overall, great stay and would book again!

This was the second time for our family to stay at John & Julie's vacation home. It is such a comfortable place for our group of 11, and they keep adding new improvements. Everything is so clean. They have given attention to all the details that make for a wonderful stay, and they are quick to respond if there is a question or need. Thanks John & Julie for being excellent hosts!

Great location! This home was very comfortable in many ways, including it's layout, and location. If you enjoy walking, the neighborhood shows off old Paso and depicts the architecture common to the town. It's an easy walk to Spring Street where there are many places to stop, including coffee, cookie, donut and Gelato, antique and thrift shops and boutiques. Restaurants are throughout, so you'll be sure to find what you might be looking for. This was a weekend filled with visiting wineries that we have come to love over the last 35 years, exploring new ones, and spending time with friends and family.

It has become a tradition for us to go here once per year. There is room for 3 siblings and their spouses. The wives like the thought-out kitchen and it is easy to work in. There are enough televisions for everyone. Pool, darts in the garage and more activities in the back yard (mini-bocce, corn hole and a covered patio table). The neighborhood is nice to walk through. There is a trail by an intermittent stream 1/2 mile away.

We really enjoyed our stay in SLO. The house is very comfortable. The bathroom is perfect with a big tub. Great location and backs right to a big park. The outdoor area is great for relaxing with our dogs. We will definitely be back

Perfect location, walk to the coastal trail and rocky beach. Peaceful. Plenty of space for our family, comfortable beds and quiet nights . Large fenced in yard for the dogs. The hot tub never got hot (was tepid) but the response from the management team was super fast. We had a repair person out in less than 30m. Unfortunately it needed more work so we never got to use it. Downtown was a 5-10 m ride. Great shops and restaurants. Would definitely return.

Loved this condo’s location and ability to walk to lots of different attractions and restaurants in SLO. Great space for our family with rooms separated on each side of the condo. Our teen loved the loft bed! Very clean and comfortable.

Great location! Direct access to the beach and we did a bonfire with the pits provided. I wish we were there longer.

Marianne's place was very comfortable for our group of 3. The beds were comfortable, everything worked, and we enjoyed the shared living room / dining room space which provided enough space for everyone to do their own thing if they wanted, or to all watch TV. The locale is very central, walking distance to downtown, and also close to the roads that can get you to some nice wineries within 15 min. We ordered take out from a couple nearby restaurants and had a couple nice meals at home that way.

Host was very communicative, and responsive whenever we reached out. Location was ideal - close enough to be a stone's throw away from the heart and pulse of Pismo Beach, but not in the dead-center of the heavy tourist area, which is often crowded and can be loud. A block to the beach and boardwalk - the condo was clean, had good equipment/kitchen essentials, and was spacious. We're very happy with the candor in the description and would definitely consider returning to this gem if we would return to Pismo needing 3 bedrooms. Solid AirBnB - thank you for the experience

We shared a wonderful weekend with family here. The open kitchen/living room was conductive to cooking, playing games at the large table, and watching football simultaneously! And, the bank of sliders that opens to the balcony is awesome! Hot tubbing and playing Corn Hole on the rooftop was lots of fun, too!! The beach is walkable, but you do have to cross the railroad tracks and a busy road. Very nice grocery store less than a mile away!

It was perfect for the four of us. Plenty of room. BEAUTIFUL view. Closer walk to the pier than it looks on the map. It would take longer to drive & park than it did to walk. EXCELLENT parking in the garage. Highly recommend!

We spent a couple of days at this lovely place. It’s conveniently located close to everything. It’s a few minutes walk to coffee, food and the beach. The house is clean and well equipped. There are two parking spaces and there’s also street parking. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Pismo Beach.
