The apartment was clean and located in a quiet building. Although there is no elevator, Mohamed kindly helped us climb our luggage up the stairs. A mosque is nearby, and a BIM supermarket is within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay, feeling comfortable at home. Mohamed was friendly and communicated effectively throughout our visit.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We had a beautiful stay, the house was spacious and perfect for us. The only thing missing is a table to eat inside, but you only need it in the winter when it's cooler at night as it happened while we were. The area where the accommodation is located in general is very nice but just before arriving at the entrance of the complex there are areas where people live in very sad conditions unfortunately. In any case, with a rental car available we found this accommodation and perfect location for us. We will be back soon!

I was really happy with this apartment, Mr Hicham is great, he is a tru gentleman. I really enjoyed my stay with no headaches at all. I only feel the bed mattress could be better. but overall I would definitely recommend to anyone going and I will definitely be back!! Thanks again Mr Hicham your the best!

This was a great stay! The staff was really nice and the room was comfortable!

My friend and I ran into issues with our precious accommodation and needed to book last minute . Fortunately Oussama was available and responsive to us within hours of our arrival to Tangier . Not only was his place as advertised , clean , well kept, and designed. The place is perfectly situated with views of the bay and easy access to the Medina. I’m not sure you can beat it. To top it all off Oussama is readily available and responsive. Would book again should the opportunity arise.

The Riad matches the photos, spacious, pleasant, very well decorated, very well placed and Abdel is very responsive and friendly. The stove is great. Great stay, thank you! Recommended

The apartment was clean and very nice! the location is perfect, within walking distance from shops, restaurants, the market, and the beach. Abdslam was the best host, he provided us with everything we needed, was very responsive, and even accompanied us to the taxi rank with all our luggage. Assilah and the apartment tend to get quite cold in winter - so bring warm clothes with you :) Thank you so much for this nice stay, we highly recommend this accommodation!

The apartment is excellent! Very well located, with comfortable beds and a functional bathroom. The big balcony is a differential, perfect for sitting and enjoying the sun. The living room is spacious, with a large sofa, stable WiFi and streaming TV. In addition, the host was super attentive, responding quickly and resolving any questions efficiently. I highly recommend it!

Ideal apartment for 2 people. Very good location for sightseeing. We did everything on foot. 20mn from the medina. Quiet neighborhood. Secured residence. No neighborhood inconvenience Easy contact with Sophia and Laila from afar. Smart lock very convenient.
