Off-grid, solared powerd, sustainable, stylish home that has natural light pouring in through large double volume windows. Ideal for families and business colleagues. Our house is not suitable for parties. Upstairs there is a master suite with a balcony and a second bedroom, both en-suite. Downstairs is a double bedroom and converted study with single beds. The house is equipped with a gas fire in the lounge and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hot tub is not available due to loadshedding.

A gorgeous triple story home off grid with no loadshedding. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen dining area open plan, with an open plan lounge and work from home office on the middle floor. There is an eco pool which filters the water naturally through the plants around the pool, and an outdoor patio and small garden. The garage safely parks 2 cars or 3 smaller cars. Walking distance to 4th avenue, and a real gem in the neighbourhood. We can’t wait to host you!

Romeo was a great host and went the extra mile to help, even going out to getting BBQ coals for us. the apartment was nice and as described, with comfy beds and very nice towels. pool and trampoline were great and just what our daughter wanted. great host, great stay, would visit again

Victor was an amazing host. I was there for a week and nothing was too much trouble for him. He bought some extra things that I needed - a fan, a toaster. Having Victor on the same property was also very reassuring as I am recovering from surgery and felt a little vulnerable. I would strongly recommend this stay as everything worked well and I felt incredibly welcome. Definitely would go back under similar circumstances! Thanks Victor

Beautiful cozy home with so much privacy. Simon was very friendly and proactive. We asked for blankets as the weather just changed, he went all out and purchased the blankets, delivered them personally. He was such an amazing host. I would stay here anytime. Beautiful neighborhood as well

We had a fantastic stay at Ben’s place! The house was perfect for our family, and our children especially loved the garden and pool. The host was very flexible in allowing our family to visit during our stay, which we truly appreciated. There was a temporary water cut in the area, but Julias was incredibly helpful, keeping us updated and ensuring we had drinking water. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely go back!
