Condo vacation rentals in Morningside, Edinburgh

I have stayed at Toms apartment many times and I am never disappointed. It is a lovely modern apartment with great views.

The place was in the best location and had everything we needed. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

This flat is spacious and has an incredible view of the crags. Everything worked great, and it was warm and comfortable despite some very cold weather (much colder than Edinburgh usually is!). Jonathan was easy to reach when needed and he was very patient when I had some initial issues getting in touch because of international roaming. I highly recommend his place for a peaceful and easy Edinburgh experience. Do keep in mind that there are many stairs to get around since this building is down a steep hill - we enjoyed the stairs but I know they don’t work for all.

It was such a lovely apartment - perfect for relaxing in the evenings after a day of walking around Edinburgh. The location was amazing with restaurants and pubs across the street and around the corner. It was very close to most of the main tourist spots. The rooms were a bit chilly but the heaters made quick work of heating them up. The bed was really comfortable and the sofa was great for some down time in the evening watching some TV.

We had a wonderful few days in Edinburgh . Location of the flat is excellent and a quick, straightforward walk from the station. An abundance of fabulous bars and restaurants nearby which was a real bonus. Fiona was a very responsive host, helpful with useful suggestions of places to visit, etc Thank you

Excellent communication prior to the stay followed by an easy check in etc. The property is as described and in a fantastic location with much to see, do, eat and drink all right outside the front door. Would 100% return and also recommend

Had a lovely stay at Pauline's. Super spacious, excellent location. Lovely quirky circular living room. She even made sure there was a Christmas tree for our stay. Only draw back of the stay was the early check-out

We have had a really lovely stay for 4 nights at Karen’s apartment. The apartment is extremely comfortable and very well equipped with quality furniture, linens and kitchen equipment. Karen has thought of everything that we could need during our stay. Everything is spotlessly clean and fresh. The lounge and kitchen overlook the sea and it’s possible to walk straight from the property entrance to the lovely long promenade . There is a supermarket nearby and buses run regularly into Edinburgh. We would love to stay in the apartment on our next trip to the area.

We stayed here as a family with 3 children for New Years and it was a perfect stay! Although it was stormy weather, Lee's home was very cosy and warm and homely. Very comfortable beds too so we all slept amazingly! I would 100% recommend staying here. very spacious property, easy to find and also a short distance from Ingliston park and ride for a convenient day out in Edinburgh! Thanks so much 🙏🏻

Beautiful flat in a location close enough to access the city and get out and about but far enough away to escape the bustle! Very homely space.

This upstairs/downstairs apartment was the base for six of us while working in Leith and it was perfect. With a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, enough chairs for dining and a selection of games to play, this place is great. Easy walking distance to the shops and local restaurants, and the trams are just around the corner giving easy access to the center of Edinburgh. Compliments to Axel who was a very supportive and responsive host who guided us through the bad weather and an unfortunate late arrival. Access was easy with an electronic key box and the neighborhood was lovely and quiet. Parking was not the easiest but it never is when staying in the cities and again Axel was very proactive with suggestions for parking, very helpful. There are some steep stairs in the property but these are mentioned several times before booking and we managed our luggage up the stairs without a problem. All in, this is a superb property and we would be happy to return again.

This is the place to stay in Edinburgh. A very easy wander from Waverley and the perfect location regardless of your destination being Old or New town in Edinburgh. The apartment is a real refuge and would easily be on our must book again list when we get back to Edinburgh.

Unfortunately, because of Storm Eowyn we couldnt make it to Emanuel’s place but he has very friendly and helpful about our booking postponing and canceling our stay because of severe weather conditions and the cancellation of the railroad services. I am sure if we were to made it to his place we would have been hosted perfectly. Thanks again hipe one day we will come and stay at your place.

Ollie was incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful and the condo is very cheerful and welcoming. Wonderful bonus to have the parking and pool/sauna too. Great location. We hope to return soon!

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

We are on a long term contract in Edinburgh and will be booking this again

We really enjoyed the space, location and the worn charm of the old building. It was well equipped with everything we needed including toys and Christmas decor. I did not understand there were 23 stairs which was a bit difficult (but doable) with a stroller. Walk across the road into the Meadows which is my favorite part of Edinburgh. Thanks Angus and Pippa.
