Mohamed was very friendly from the beginning, gave us many tips for good restaurants and also, when the electricity went out, he took care of it immediately and came by for 30 minutes with an electrician. The place was perfect for us. It was very clean and from the construction of the house and the room distribution perfect for us as a family with three children. The house is kept in minimalist living style without looking cold. You immediately feel comfortable and home. However, what is negative, which has nothing to do with the house or Mohamed, is the garbage that is located around the accommodation and also on the beach. Tunisia has really nice places but unfortunately there is dirt, trash and plastic everywhere. This was very unfortunate and very strange for us. But as I said, as soon as you were within Mohamed's property, you were in a clean, quiet and very private oasis where we were all very comfortable.

We had a good Moments At Mr MOhamed Ali's, the apartment matches the photos very well, the neighborhood is peaceful very close to the sea . It was a great stay. I hope we'll be back soon.

My family of four (2 adults + 2 teens) loved our 4 nights here. The space was charming — decorated with pieces from local artisans; and the location was the ideal — private, but just around the corner from cafes, art, and the gorgeous sights of Sidi Bou Said. The kitchen was stocked with spices and tea (sadly, no coffee) and there was a washer/dryer, which we appreciated since we were caught in a rain storm. Overall, we highly recommend!

Recommend this place if looking for a convenient and large place in the La Marsa area of Tunis. Very spacious, clean, and modern apartment with plenty of beds and comfortable living room. The yard has a grill and space to host a nice dinner outside or inside. The apartment is very close to the water and close to downtown La Marsa as well. Hosts were very easy to work with and overall helped us feel comfortable. I would stay here again easily!

The house is very beautiful and tidy, exactly as pictured. The atmosphere is cozy and cozy, and the pool is clean with a pleasant smell like a hotel. Even the sheets smell good and are wonderful. The bathroom is very clean with hot water always available, and the kitchen is also well organized with all the necessary amenities. The place is very quiet, ideal for those looking for tranquility. The owners are really great and welcoming. These were really fantastic and enjoyable days. Unfortunately the weather was cold, I was not able to enjoy the pool although it is clean and pleasant. Expect a clean place and a very welcoming host. The pool and the garden are nice and common parta are well arranged.

The villa has everything to make the stay pleasant. It's located in a very quite neighborhood, minutes away from the beach and all amenities. The private pool and the backyard are perfect for relaxing and spending great family time. The hosting team also made a significant difference on our experience as they were always available to answer questions and requests before, during and after our stay while being extremely friendly and professional.

As soon as you step foot into this home, you won’t want to leave!!! Every inch of the home is immaculate. All the finishes are top of the line, and make you feel as if you’re in complete luxury at every turn. Sunlight in every room, spacious yard and plenty of balcony space on the top levels. You won’t find better in Tunis. My family and I are truly in love with this home. I had the pleasure of staying at Anis Villa through Airbnb, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The property is incredibly peaceful, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The surroundings were beautifully calm, making it the perfect place to unwind. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay.
