We were a group of school friends catching up after a long time. Had all the facilities for us to have a good time. Arup & family, the caretakers were pretty helpful with all our requirements. Jancy and others from Mangrove Stays were quite supportive and flexible in accomodating early check-in/out requirements of few of our members The property was clean & neat with comfortable beds. It was quite spacious and right for our group of 14. It's at a walkable distance to restaurants & bars. The drawback was limited parking space restricted to 2 cars(1 SUV and 1 mini SUV). A little bit of green space would have helped for outdoor activities, but no complaints. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Host was very helpful and acclimating. Probably one of the coolest villa in goa, great interiors and fitting, exceptional service by the staff and overall a must book villa. Definitely staying there again next time!

Nisha has been an extremely accomodative and helpful host providing with all possible additional arrangements as well to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. we had a family gathering and enjoyed to the fullest. Could not be better.

We had an unforgettable family gathering at OV4 and OV3 Villas , and it was everything we could have hoped for—and more! The villa was immaculate, spacious, and perfectly equipped for our group of 10. The private pools added an extra layer of luxury and fun, making our New Year's stay truly special. The location is ideal: a quick 10-minute drive to the bustling Calangute and Baga beaches, yet tucked away from the crowds, offering a peaceful retreat. What truly sets this Airbnb apart is the incredible hospitality and communication of the owner, Charles, Gabel, and the team, including Altaf. Charles was a fantastic host, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He greeted us personally with wine and goodies, and his prompt and genuine communication made us feel valued. His recommendations for food, attractions, and local experiences were spot on. Must go for authentic food. - Florentine, Salt. Don’t miss Fisherman's Wharf in south Goa. Very Happy!!!

We were three families with kids. We loved the property and our stay. Mr Kamal always responded within minutes. The staff at the property is professional and very polite, and they are multi-skilled. Special mention should be given to the delicious food that the chef used to make.

Casa Rebello is beautiful! The house itself is stunning, and the host and staff are kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and delicious. Anything we needed during our stay was provided to us promptly. After a day or evening out in Goa, returning to a quiet and secluded home is such a treat. I’m still thinking about the breeze in the courtyard and pool area — I wish I could have stayed longer!

Our stay at Van Rasa was truly unforgettable! The living room quickly became our favorite spot to gather and unwind as a group. The property’s proximity to Candolim Beach—just a short walk away—made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the beach whenever we wanted. The two caretakers went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, and their delicious meals added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The Escavana Stays hosting team was exceptional, with thoughtful touches that made our experience seamless and special. All our requests, including a private chef for dinner and a yacht experience, were taken care of effortlessly. We had a memorable and incredibly comfortable stay, and we highly recommend this property for a luxurious Goan getaway.

Birdsong was the perfect getaway for our office retreat. It was a mix of calm, relaxation & homeliness that filled us with a renewed energy to head back to our hectic city life. Our team of twelve enjoyed our beautiful pockets of secluded solo time & our meals and sessions together felt like we were being taken care of by family. We ate the best home cooked food and hand scrumptious vegetarian options which is something we often lack for a few members in our team. We can’t wait to come back again next year, for a longer trip though :) Thank you tiya and arjun for being wonderful hosts and dealing with our individual requirements so warmly and patiently 🤍

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

We had to book this in emergency as our earlier booking had cancelled on us on the day of our landing. Villa Sereno was nothing short of serendipity. Its a 100 year old Portuguese style Villa with spacious rooms and a backyard pool. Raju the caretaker was always available and was very attentive for our needs. 10/10 would recommend to a group of 8 friends or more.

Excellent stay. All things were arranged on single call with best of the quality. Cook, Cabs and rented cars all were value to money.

A really pristine and luxurious stay. The USP being the architecture itself, with the complete wood luxurious structure. 10/10 on the location, 10/10 on the stay, 10/10 on the hospitality. A must recommended stay near Candolim for everyone.

We had a great time. We used all the 8 rooms. The swimming is kept clean and all the room balconies open to the pool. The living room is luxurious and spacious. They have a cook and a housekeeping staff who is available from 8am to 11pm. The staff is helpful and efficient. Sahil is a great host and is very responsive. Thank you so much 😊

One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in, feels home. We were a group of 7 friends and we enjoyed a lot. Has all the facilities- kitchen, plates, utensils, glasses, dining table, 2 fridges, geyser, WiFi, everything you need. It is so much peaceful, the greenery outside just soothes your mind. There are two pools, one is outside and one is private. Private pool is big enough to fit in 3-4 people at once. The caretaker- Shambhu Bhaiya is very helpful right from the beginning. He let us check in at 11:30am, half an hour before our check in time 12pm. He is just a call away if you need anything, like swimming wear, rental activas, etc. Cleaning of the place would be done by him every morning and there’s a laundry facility available every morning which is free of charge till 10 clothes. Cleaning of utensils will take an extra 100 rupees but I’ll say it’s valid only. Outside sofas were very relaxing and we liked it a lot. Overall I’ll say go for it without a 2nd thought.

A stay that becomes a beautiful memory is all that we wish for when we step out for a vacation. At Villa Lou that's exactly what we experienced. We stayed there over a weekend to celebrate a special family occasion and we all were so glad that we made that choice. Thanks to house staff Anthony, Mamta and others the house and it's premises are kept very well maintained and offers much more than just its old world charms. The hosts made sure that there was someone always available for us but at the same time made sure we had our privacy. Will definitely recommend and return in future.

This villa exceeded our expectations with its thoughtful layout and tasteful décor, making it the perfect setting for our multigenerational family gathering. It felt like home from the moment we arrived and was also comfortable for our senior parents, with easy accessibility and a relaxing atmosphere. We are grateful to Deva, the caretaker, and his team, Shankar and Geeta, for ensuring everything ran smoothly. Revant was friendly and clear in all communications, which we really appreciated. Our toddler loved the pools, and we felt reassured by the safe space around the villa for his little explorations, especially with the parrots, butterflies, dragonflies, and the occasional monkey in the bamboo grove. The villa’s location is ideal for food lovers, with excellent restaurants a short drive away. While the beaches are a bit farther, the peaceful, local vibe offered an authentic Goan experience. Overall, it was ideal for our family, and we look forward to our next stay!

Villa Artjuna (Anastasia’s place) is a paradise! The design element in the villa is out of the world! Every corner has been made up with a lot of passion! Extremely good taste in all the art present all across the villa! The pool was amazing and clean! The cabana overlooking the pool was a good fun place where we had our morning tea! The property has two amazing doggos 🐶- Foxy and Sweetie! Very friendly and I am already missing them! They love their belly rubs, specially sweetie! The villa is very tastefully done and the kitchen overlooking the pool with the sliding doors, is an amazing recent addition. The villa has lots of open places and nice cozy sit outs. The garden is very intricately done and has lots of exotic plants. But the lifeline of the place is SUSHMA. An amazing woman who manages everything very efficiently. Her aloo parathas are to die for! She treated us really well and appreciate all her patience! I absolutely love the place! Will be back soon :)

It was an amazing experience, the host was very responsive, their team ensured that they communicated with us all the way through, right from helping us identify the location to extending our check out by roughly an hour. The house is done really well, particularly the downstairs and the common areas. The pool was sparkling. I wish the kitchen was a little more well equipped but other than that the place is absolutely gorgeous
