The house is very cozy and in a very good location due to immediate proximity to the forest. Hiking, bouldering and nature are minutes away. Communication with the hosts was very friendly, quick and straightforward. Glad to come back!

Very nice little house as described, everything is there to feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is safe for children who even have the opportunity to play in the yard safely. We will keep the address for our future Parisian stay, thanks again to Axelle and her dad for hosting us.

Great stay in a lovely private and quiet house. We travelled with our 3 and 1 year olds and had everything we needed. The position of the house was perfect for us, a quiet wooded place and within a short drive of everything we needed and all the main bouldering spots. The children enjoyed the slide! Jo was great at communicating with us, very quick to respond.

We had a pleasant stay. The place is impeccable. The only small negative point would be the busy street next door. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

I had a very pleasant professional stay, I felt at home! I really appreciated having a physical welcome, which is increasingly rare on the platform. Véronique was very nice, she explained everything to me so that everything went smoothly. The accommodation is very well decorated and equipped, I had everything I needed for this week. I was also able to enjoy the terrace, a bonus after busy days of work to be able to relax. Its proximity to the train station and the shopping mall is also a real plus. I'll keep this place in mind, I won't hesitate to come back! Many thanks!!!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect place to relax and recharge before our flight home to the US. This is the rare Air B&B that looks better in person than in the photos, and the hosts couldn't have been lovelier. They offer airport transfers for just $20 which is a huge perk. This place was a great value for the money and we would definitely return if we're ever in Orly again! The only thing to be aware of is that the bed is a full, which is quite small for 2 people. There is a single bed in the bedroom as well though, so my husband ended up moving to the single bed in the middle of the night because we couldn't sleep. Once he moved, it wasn't a problem and we got a great night's sleep. But this is something to be aware of if you're traveling with more than 2 people.

The house is pleasant and well-equipped. Coming for a business trip, five minutes away, I enjoyed the calm. In summer, with the windows open, it would probably be different because of the proximity of the highway. Anyway, it met my expectations.

It was perfect!! We'll be back.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

Our stay at Guitho's apartment was absolutely perfect! The location is ideal, right in the city center, with easy access to public transport, the "le Spot" shopping center and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, bright, impeccably clean and very well-equipped. A big thank you to Guitho, who was very kind and available throughout our stay. Check-in was very easy thanks to clear and detailed instructions. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful stay, a real favorite, the accommodation is bigger and more beautiful than in the photos we were pleasantly surprised, Everything was impeccable in the smallest details Samira and an incredible attentive host, she is very responsive and friendly, frankly nothing to say 100% satisfied.

I stayed for a week while working in the area. Great location, good restaurants nearby, walkable to the RER B line. The outdoor area was very nice, unfortunately the weather during my stay did not let me make much use of it, but it would definitely be a benefit in good weather. Overall, a great stay and I would highly recommend it.
