A truely beautiful home , great location . Victoria was always on hand if we needed anything . Very approachable and friendly. An early family Christmas together and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to be .

This a brilliant air BnB for families, we loved the homely feel, it was warm, plenty of space for everyone and great facilities. I loved cooking in the kitchen with everyone sat around the island. The pool was warm as described and kids loved it. Thank you for a wonderful break over New Year

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

We have stayed at this place before and have been very keen to come back. Lauren has made it so easy and made us feel right at home, will definitely be recommending this place for a stay. The facility is amazing and had everything you will need for your stay and feels very homely.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We had a great stay at the Coach House :) the gardens and the scenery are beautiful and the amenities were as described. We’d definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Our stay at Ian’s was for a celebratory family occasion. The spaciousness of the house and garden made it easy for the 6 adults and 2 little ones. The location was perfect as we had booked The Wild Rabbit for lunch, family walks to Bledington and Daylesford and an extended family lunch in Charlbury. The host of the property is very responsive to any question, communication with him was easy and the local housekeeper was extremely friendly and helpful. All in all the family had a great time in this Cotswold location.

Abbie's place was fantastic for us to meet up with grandparents for a couple of days after new year. The weather was super frosty, great views & sunrise from the house. Good job the heating was really effective keeping the place cosy. Twenty minute drive to Stowe NT for a lovely walk & 5 min drive to the Folly in Towcester for a cracking meal. We're into coldwater swimming and Abbie kindly let us use the pool out of season - first time I've had to crack the ice to get in some water ! The sauna after was amazing & only took 20 mins to warm up. Imagine it must be lovely with the pool in summer. We'd definitely recommend and would like to come back.

Great place just on the edge of central Stow on the Wold. Centre of village is literally minutes away with some excellent pubs and eateries to choose from and lots of nice walks through the beautiful countryside possible. Milk, eggs and a bottle of wine awaited us at check in which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend

"Oldbrook" was ideal for the two night stay in Milton Keynes for me and by two young adult sons. It was easily walkable to the town centre (about 20 mins) and to the nearest pub (about 5 mins). An ideal base for our day out to the Bletchley Park museum. We were out most of the time but there was everything we needed in the house for what we needed. I would happily stay there again if I were to return to Milton Keynes and would happily recommend it to others. Thanks

Haymills was an amazing place and we felt at home straight away. It was clean and although there were lots of us, we didn't feel crowded as the place was very spacious. James was a great host and responded within minutes. I would definitely come again.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights whilst in the area. Had everything we needed, nice and cosy and Jennie was a great host. Would stay again!

This property is fabulous. It’s rare that the pictures don’t do justice to how lovely a property is but I was delighted on this occasion to find it was even nicer than I’d expected. I would honestly consider changing the photos used as we loved so much about it that I didn’t get from the pictures in the site - the location of the hot tub, the feeling of space in the integrated room and how cosy it was too. Loved it!

We had a lovely stay at Wakene’s home. The house was very clean and comfortable. Check-in with the lock box was handy for us with a few kids in tow - timings are always hard to predict! Wakene was also proactive in messaging to confirm check-in details and to ask if we had any queries. A table and chairs would have been great in the kitchen, but admittedly the house was exactly as described.

I had an amazing stay at Emma’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail made all the difference. The location was perfect— right in the centre of Sutton. Close to great restaurants. Emma was a fantastic host—super responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Sutton Coldfield.

Stayed as a stag group this weekend filling the whole house. Nice aesthetics, very clean and a well equipped kitchen. The lounge was the perfect size to fit us all in and the place was private enough to enjoy the time together. Walking distance into town with plenty of pubs and markets as well as a convenience store across the road (it closes at 7pm). We took the train to Leamington Spa on Saturday which was only 10-15 minute walk. Emma was a very accommodating and conscientious host. She is very proud of the property and is very available when we needed some extra parking permits or advice about the location. Obviously not a typical stag location but the property was great and the town itself had some nice pubs for the time we spent there. Most of the guys in the group were considering revisiting for trips with their partners!

lovely little 2 bed flat very quiet location and peacefull . 7 minuite drive to the Quay. very clean and comfortable. Anna and Christine were extremely helpful throughout our 2 week stay. looking forward to another 2-3 weeks at one of there other properties 🫡🙏

We had a lovely stay, the house was well decorated and very clean. It looked just like the photos. Host was excellent with great communication. I would highly recommend this house it was in a great location and close to the main town. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Really nice, comfortable house. Very clean. The highlight was the hot tub which the boys loved. Would definitely come again
