House vacation rentals in Moreton Island

The accommodation is amazing. The pool in the backyard is great for everyone, especially during the hot days and it has a shower downstairs to clean yourself before going back inside the house. The house is full of amenities. The house was clean and provided everything that was in their description. I would only recommend having more mirrors as it lacks mirrors. Overall it is a great place to stay and would definitely come back again as it is close to everything and only 15 minutes from the CBD

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful and all amenities were great. Walking distance to the shops and beach. Jacinta and Michelle were very helpful and responded very quickly when messaged. Highly recommend this house for families and friends.

Our family stayed at Sharon’s place for a family member’s 80th birthday and had ten people from ages 15 to 80. Lovely quiet street, stunning home with so much space. Beautiful pool, kitchen, multiple entertainment areas and being able to throw in a rod and fish from the private pontoon was incredible. Ducted air conditioning kept us cool and there were plenty of bathrooms. I would definitely return here. Highly recommend Sharon’s place if you’re looking to stay at Bribie Island as its central location was convenient to all parts of the island. Very clear instructions, way more sundries provided than I ever expected. With ten guests having an electronic lock with PIN code was a lifesaver. Stay with confidence at Sharon’s place. It’s great.

Stunning, tranquil, quiet, breathtaking, serene, enjoyable, interactive, family friendly, dog friendly .. I honestly, personally, cannot say enough about our beautiful stay here ! I loved every minute of my time here, from playing tennis to relaxing in the pool, to sleeping in the most comfortable Airbnb bed/Mattress I have ever slept on, to playing darts, watching a Netflix movie, to cooking on the Smeg Gas stove top (that for me speaks very highly of how homely this place feels, because I never cook anything when our family go away to stay at an Airbnb home ! I have only one word to sum up our stay..and that word is : PERFECT ! Thanks again Brigid and already trying to get family votes in to stay there again next year ! X

We had a great stay at the property and enjoyed the stunning views of the Glasshouse Mountains. Peter and Joanne are very thoughtful hosts with great attention to detail. Kitchen is very well stocked, there's musical instruments guests can play, lights are automated and lots of supplies such as extra toilet rolls, beach towels, hand wash at every sink and even power boards in each room etc. They have certainly gone the extra mile to make guests feel at home. Highly recommend for a relaxed holiday.

Andy the host was great - the house was great as well, fantastic mains quarters and kitchen area for the whole family to dine, excellent outdoor space and pool, go check out the Italian pizza place on Asquith st around the corner. Thank you again Andy.

Quiet location Very clean open plan home Beautifully large space in main bedroom incl air con was a godsend! Ample supplies in kitchen and shaded area out the back during the morning and half the afternoon. Close to everything we required! Fishing spots, boat club and loved to see an air bnb with recycling tubs and a compost barrel ( we took advantage of that to minimise landfill) I was very impressed to see no carpet throughout the property and the linen was not white! That’s something I think Gary got spot on! No white linen - I don’t like it as it may look lovely initially but find its too clinical looking in a guest home. We felt Gary and future users of air BnB property would benefit using and maintaining compost barrel and in turn keeping Gary’s herb garden well fed- All the foundations are there and what a great way to utilise an entire home and use herbs from his garden in turn providing green waste to feed them and Gary also having passive maintenance.

Thank you to both of you for sharing your amazing home with us, albeit our stay was short, we loved every moment and will be back. We loved your wee doggies and the private pool. The home was thoughtfully layed out and stocked with every amentie a person could think of. The most thoughtful Hosts with us both wife and daughter coeliac meant alot to us after our 9 hours of flying and getting to the accommodation at 6pm at night they were able to have dinner and sweet treat. We felt right at home at Shaz's place. She had everything we needed and the house was so roomy and accommodated us perfectly. The pool was a big plus and the peaceful backyard made it easy to unwind and relax after a long day. Shaz was very friendly and quick to respond. We only had an overnight stay. The place was nice and accommodating for our group. Would recommend.

Good communication from Ole, including proactive suggestions. Nice location, we did lots of walking. Good range of equipment in kitchen and for BBQ. We had a great time at Ole’s place. Tip for a longer stay, Woolworths offers delivery onto the island, would work if well planned ahead (there is no supermarket on the island).

Great touches to the place - cold bottled water, little chocs, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, cling wrap, oil. Could do with steamer pots. Otherwise good cutlery, utensils, crockery and food storage containers. Great to use washer and dryer and ample clothes drying racks. Supplied shampoo, conditioner and shower gels! Perhaps an extra toilet paper roll or two would be good. Great communication during our stay. Perhaps my error as this was my I first airbnb experience, but I was surprised there was people in the downstairs area at the same time we were in the upstairs area. This had not been previously communicated in the ad. Locks were a little pedantic to use but otherwise felt safe. Thanks for a great first airbnb experience!

Our family had a wonderful visit at Katja's beautiful place. The house was spotless, beautifully presented and equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Katja was a lovely host and provided lots of great information about local attractions and activities to make the most of our stay. We would love to visit again some day!

Kate was a fantastic host! We booked her home for a few employees who were working nearby. Due to changes happening on site, we had to make amendments to our booking. Kate was so understanding and helped us massively with changing the dates around for us. She couldn't have been more accommodating!! The employees were happy and had no complaints during their stay. Jacks place was the perfect setting for our creative family. The eclectic choices in decor and art made us feel right at home. With a wonderful outdoor entertainment area, it truly felt like a villa pool. Easy to walk to quaint cafes and shops or head into the city by train. We stayed at Rita's place for one night as a part of our quick trip. The place and house is absolutely beautiful and stunning as she describes in the information. The view is spectacular especially night and early morning. The house is very clean, tidy and organised. Special thing to mention is we had ample supply of all the essentials. Sheets, blankets and towels were fresh and clean. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay at a beautiful and serene place away from all the hustle and bustle of city. Not ideal for people who wants to do late night parties etc because this is a quiet place with people living upstairs and also to respect neighbouring properties. Rita has already mentioned this in the information. Thanks again for hosting us in this stunning place.

Plenty of space to cater for large family gathering. Perfect for our Christmas get together. Generous bedrooms. Excellent location - 4 min drive to large mall and easy to get onto motorway to get to all the fun attractions. Really appreciate the nice gesture by the Host, Vicki to buy our kids presents for Christmas. Thank you again! Highly recommend!
