Great value, nice amount of space for 1 bed house and very clean considering pets are allowed. Both TVs had all the apps you'd want and made relaxing/watching our own programmes very easy. High chair and made up cot provided and ideal for couple and infant. p.s. kudos to the cleaner :-)

Excellent house for a weekend away with friends - 14 of us including little ones, plus two dogs. Ample living space and bedrooms, kitchen felt a little small when cooking but it’s well stocked and there was plenty of space to sit and eat together. Mark was really helpful, communicated excellently and offered us flexibility with check in/out times which was greatly appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again, thank you Mark for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dove Lodge over Christmas. We were warmly greeted by the owner and were left with some lovely festive treats, which were very much appreciated! We enjoyed walking around the local area, the location is very peaceful and the views from the living room are amazing. The corner sofa and smart TV set up is perfect for a cosy night in. Dove Lodge has everyone one could need for a peaceful Cotswold escape.

This beautiful house has great character and relaxed charm. It’s the perfect base to explore the village and the surrounding countryside. It was perfect for our extended grown up family and a dog. There was plenty of space inside and out. Rebecca was the perfect host and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again.

Booked this accommodation for New Year’s eve for 6 people and a dog and it was perfect. The accommodation was exactly as shown, although I would say it is even better in person! The kitchen was well equipped and the hamper was a really lovely touch. The hot tub with the surrounding views was wonderful to watch the fireworks over the hills. I couldn’t recommend enough and would absolutely book to stay again. Pam was an excellent host. Quick responses and super helpful. Thank you so much, we had a magical time! Happy new year

Another great stay at Louise's place, always spotless, clean and homely. Louise is a great host, very fast at responding and communication is great throughout the stay. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone

We stayed over the weekend to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday with friends and family, and had a lovely time. The only thing that would have made it better is if we stayed for longer! We bought the cocktail package on Friday night and Laurence provided us each with 4 beautiful cocktails tailored to our requests, along with canapes. Our guests were arriving over the evening and Laurence kept up with making the cocktails for everyone. On Saturday we bought one of the food packages and had beautiful burgers and chips. The food was lovely, and the presentation was stunning. Overall the experience was fantastic. Our welcome basket was a lovely addition as was provided by a local farm shop and even included some cake! The house was beautiful, as were the grounds. Our pups had a great time walking the grounds. We'd love to stay during the summer to experience all of the amenities.

We spent two weeks, around Christmas and New Years Eve, in the lovely, cosy cottage and had a great time! The charming interiour, the Christmas decorations and the log fires made this a perfect Christmas setting. Rachel is a kind and helpful host, contact with her went smooth. We had a marvellous holiday and would love to go back sometime!

We visited last year and were so happy with the stay that we looked for availability for the New Year period. It is a lovely cottage with the advantage of more car parking space than other areas on the estate and in a quieter section. Everything required is present and it was another lovely stay with the family and dogs

Absolutely incredible time and felt right at home. Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant base to have nice days out from with incredible views and surroundings. Lovely hosts and cannot recommend enough. Most definitely will come back again.

Lovely property, met our needs well for a large family get together with young children. Well equipped kitchen, gorgeous views. The site itself had all we needed for a great weekend and we added shooting and archery at Cotswold Range next door which was within walking distance and fab afternoon. The spa on site was lovely and the outdoor pool fresh! The kids loved the indoor pool. The on site restaurant was great for our first night there. All in all fabulous.

We stayed for a couple of nights close to Christmas, wonderful stay in this beautiful period home, with the village looking very pretty and festive. Having use of a sauna and pool, while it was frosty outside; made our stay particularly enjoyable!

We had a lovely short stay at Victoria's house. A very nice welcome pack and Christmas decorations were a special touch for this time of year. The outdoor heated pool was a wonderful treat and the spa pool was appreciated too. We look forward to coming back in the summer so we can make the most of the peaceful lake setting. Victoria is a brilliant host with a very professional team.

Brett’s house was exactly what we (a family of 4 travelling from far overseas) needed for a home-from-home. Warm and cosy, and with a fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of bathrooms, it was a shame to move on. Our teenage boys found plenty to do, from the piano to puzzles and games to an amazingly-stocked and diverse library of books. The location was ideally-suited for us, easy to walk into town, but equally easy to get out to the motorway and beyond within a few minutes. As host, Brett was responsive, yet respectfully distant. Everything was set for us to arrive easily following unplanned travel delays. We would definitely stay again.

Cottage is lovely and cosy and appreciated the welcome pack. The cottage is in the centre of Stow on the Wold so really good location for shops/restaurants. There is a big field more or less across the road that is dog friendly so that was really handy and also had gorgeous views. A weekend wasnt enough for explori ng the area so will definately be back.

Fabulous place! Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and private. Claudia was extremely kind and responsive throughout our stay. House was beautiful and very spacious, would recommend you pack warm during the winter months as it got a bit chilly but with some fluffy socks, blankets and a cup of tea it was perfectly cosy! Hottub was amazing, always warm and nice and clean. Thank you!

Great place to stay for a short getaway - perfect for 4 people, would be less comfortable with more than that. Really nicely furnished, very comfortable, and a great location just 1 minutes walk from the docks, full of lovely cafes and pubs.

Fantastic stay all around. Place was as described, squeaky clean, and the quality of the bed and linens was fantastic. Great position to explore both north and south in the Cotswolds and very peaceful. In short I felt that this was a guest accommodation for family first and an Airbnb second, as it felt very cozy and the space and amenities were well thought out. Fantastic bathroom as well.

We loved our stay at Tracey’s lovely bungalow over Christmas. It was very cosy and perfect for our dogs with the enclosed garden and wipe clean flooring. We really appreciated Tracey’s little extra touches that like leaving fresh milk in the fridge and a bottle of bubbly for our arrival. She left extra throws on the sofas for the dogs and put up a Christmas tree and fairy lights in the conservatory which made it feel quite festive and magical. The neighbours are very really friendly and the area nice and quiet and it is very accessible from Oxford. Highly recommended!

From the moment we stepped inside, we felt right at home! The host had all the heaters turned on in advance, table all set will wine glasses, wrapping us in cozy warmth that was truly welcoming after the chilly winter weather. The space itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed- every corner radiated comfort. The prime location made exploring the area effortless, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. What truly stood out, though, were the meticulous details: premium bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, and even little extras we didn’t know we needed (like extra blankets and toiletries). It’s clear the host goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay. We’ll absolutely be returning on our next trip – this spot has set a new standard for Airbnb stays. 10/10 recommend to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and that magical "homey" feeling!

wow! what a find. everything was exactly as described. About 5min walk into the main area of Bourton on the water. Also off road parking was a bonus too. Paula had left breakfast items for us and fresh milk in the mini fridge. Its such a peaceful area and we both had a lovely night sleep. Would definitely recommend and we'll definitely be back.
