I think the right word is perfect. The house is large and very satisfying internally. Externally very welcoming space with indoor parking space and gate. In the house all the utensils also coffee and coffee. To complete this was the welcome, availability and care of Franca (whom I thank) for the stay.

Beautiful and spacious house with ample outdoor space. Exceptionally friendly and helpful landlords. Ask them for valuable directions so you can appreciate a region with so much to see but with little services dedicated to tourists.

This place was a beautiful oasis. More beautiful than the photos can show. It’s a perfect fenced property that our small dogs enjoyed. The house is really charming and tastefully decorated. The garden is huge and really tropical and well maintained. It was impeccably cleaned and well stocked. I loved staying here, thank you!

Franco was a very kind and friendly host. He met us for all our needs. Very helpful. The apartment was conveniently located for shopping, sightseeing and easy to reach with luggage.

My family and I stayed at this location and it was a fantastic stay for our time in Naples. Everyone was taken aback by how beautiful and large the space was including the terrace. Dominico was very responsive and helpful. He even came to unclog a toilet for us. There is ample space for a large family to live and entertain and just enjoy the beauty of Naples. There's a great beach within walking distance where the locals go. They also rent kayaks there for the bay of Naples. The gelateria and cafe at the top of the hill are fantastic! Finally there's a pharmacy and a grocery store all within walking distance. There are 2 major businesses lines at the top as well. The only thing I would say to warn other guests about is the neighbor in the unit below. The best thing I can say is to keep the noise to a minimum as much as possible at night and simply ignore the woman below. Don't let her detract from your vacation because this house and location are wonderful. Thanks again Dominico!

A perfect place for rest and relaxation

Beautiful property. The Gardens the house the views are all outstanding. We enjoyed our stay! Mike was a perfect host. We will definitely come back. The region has so much history.

It was a wonderful home within walking distance of the beautiful town and 25 minutes to snow.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. This villa was amazing. The decor inside was beautiful even the lighting inside was something to talk about. The outdoors was breathtaking. Great for a group. Carmine was very friendly and accommodating. He left snacks for us when we arrived and even offered to take us to the supermarket if needed. Definitely worth a visit!

Amazing property, very high quality throughout. Stunning pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Sant Agata is about 10 minutes drive and has everything…restaurants, bars, supermarkets, seriously good pizza. Also a great Sunday market.

Luca was very responsive, the house was great. We were a big group, and had place for all of us. We enjoyed the fire place, the clean and big kitchen.

It gives me great pleasure to write this review. This was simply the best air bnb I have ever stayed at. Umberto and Clelia are beyond thoughtful! The house was amazingly provisioned from a fully stocked fridge and kitchen on arrival to beautiful rooms with individual toiletry packs and dressing gowns! There were several places to sit outside to eat or relax. My children loved the table tennis and the pool. Umberto and Clelia were marvellous hosts. They brought pastries every day and Clelia was kind enough to cook dinner twice! They were exceedingly helpful in advising where to visit, what to see and how to get there, even looking up train times and escorting us to the station to make sure we caught the correct train to Naples. They offered to organise guides for Pompeii and make dinner reservations also. I have never experienced this level of kindness and generosity from hosts before and I cannot recommend their home highly enough! Thankyou once again.

Sergio and his wife are very welcoming. The space with an outdoor dining area was as expected. The pool is a real plus and big enough to hang out. Kids loved cats. We're hoping to be back!

We had a wonderful time, it was the perfect getaway. Something for everyone, swimming, tennis, a nature lovers’ paradise & peaceful. The house is a great layout, so many lovely areas to sit outside. I fell in love with the kitchen and the dining room is a wonderful space. Lina was truly special, friendly and more than helpful. She got out us out of a fix with our vehicle by being a great & insistent translator. I would return in a heartbeat.

Our family stayed at the beautiful house in Sarno, really was a hidden gem. We were greeted by the 2 sisters when we arrived, they spoke very good English and showed us around the house and property. You will need a car to get there, but it’s a gentle drive up the hill from Sarno. There is a private gate that locks and there’s lots of parking. Beautiful yard with flowers, fruit trees and a pristine pool, large outdoor table for meals, lawn chairs by the pool, it really does look like the pictures! Inside the house, solid doors with good locks, we felt very safe. This house is super clean! It has a big kitchen, spacious seating areas, TV that has Netflix, 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and a washing machine ( no dryer, but there’s a drying rack on the upper deck). Lots of extra clean towels and sheets. There is also some universal chargers for your phones, flat irons ( hair) etc. There is a gardener named Elio that comes to take the garbage and recycling and cleans the pool.

Gianni was a nice and reponsive host and we really enjoyed our stay. The area is beautiful and relaxing. Gianni had a lot of great tips for the neaby city of Sant'Agata de Goti which positively surprised us. The garden and house are exactly as in the pictures. It may be a bit rustic in places but everything works as expected.
