The house was better than in the photos, we were welcomed very well and the place is really exceptional, the landscape very pleasant and we were 100 meters from the beach . For athletes, hikers or just to enjoy the sea view, there are more than 20 km of slopes that cross the beaches and all within reach of you. I recommend 200%

a fantastic vacation. We have traveled as a family with children and my girl with special needs and everything is fine. And already if I put a guardrail to hold on to climb the stairs that take you to the pool it would already be a 10 of 10 . more than anything for the elderly and reduced mobility. Otherwise it's an excellent place to enjoy as a family. Thank you 😁🥳

Lucía, from the very start was very friendly and helpful. The villa was perfect for us as we were a stag party of 9 looking to stay near the town centre but in a private area. The outside grounds and pool was beautiful. Plenty of areas to sit inside and outside for large groups. Would highly recommend staying here.

Already from phone communication, Carmen has been available, resolving all our doubts. Once there, she has been a great host, giving directions, amenities and always attending in time and form. Any eventuality resolves it without delay The house is spectacular, just as advertised. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops and especially the pool. The pool was spotless and ready to use anything else you settle in When you're traveling as a family it's hard to find a house like this Everything was perfect

This is the second time we have booked this home. Due to Covid-19 we were piercing something quiet and comfortable and the house has met all our expectations. The area is very nice and has a series of services ( supermarket, terraces, restaurants to eat or take care of food) that can be accessed or on two great bikes that Pepa makes available to us. The house is impeccable and it is noticeable that Pepa has foreseen all needs in terms of kitchen utensils, bedding, table, cleaning and toilet products, WiFi, TV). Pool and garden is a delight. We can't wait to trip.

Great place, friendly hosts, the pool is fantastic, the views of the mountains are fantastic from the top terrace. It has many different ambience us to hang out enough. The beds are comfortable people need. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning works well. Overall a great place to stay.

Our family of 9 spend 2 wonderful weeks in Antonios villa We could not be any happier! Antonio was a great host and we had excellent communications. The villa is very nice and everyone enjoyed it. The highlight being the private pool which was great for the children and for cooling down the adults. There is a nice big covered/shaded seating area close by the pool was a favorite spot. We BBQed a lot after shopping nice meat at the market in Villajoyosa. The kitchen has everything you need and both washing machine and dishwasher it present. The villa is located in a nice quite area. There local beach is very nice and it can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes. The close by small supermarket has everything you need – including fresh bread (even on Sundays). There is 2 cafes close to the supermarket. There are even a few restaurant options close by. Alicante, El Campello, Villajoyosa and Benidorm can be easily reached by car or Tram (a 20 minute walk away). The self check-in is just brilliant with excellent instructions from Antonio. Everyone loved the vacation and sends a big “Thank you” to Antonio. Highly recommended

What a beautiful villa! We just returned from the most wonderful stay here at Casa Buho. Our family of 6 enjoyed every minute. The setting is spectacular, swimming in the pool with Montgo behind us, sitting on the Naya to enjoy a meal with views over the nearby villages, we truly did not want to leave. The villa is very well equipped; the kitchen is well stocked with both suitable appliances and equipment for cooking meals at home, the rooms have ample storage and space for comfort, and both bathrooms are spacious. The property is very secure, we felt so safe here. There is an electric gate for entry, and all the doors have metal shutters for extra security and an alarm. The AC is only located in the bedrooms, so during this heatwave, we found that if we kept all exterior doors closed and shutters down, and kept the AC on in the lower rooms, the house was at a comfortable temperature. It's worth noting the house layout, the master room is on the first floor with its own ensuite; separate bath and shower, and a double sink. On the ground floor, you will find the other bedrooms, one double room, one twin room, and the second bathroom (double sink, bath, and separate shower. Communication with Carolina was always prompt, and any issues we had during our stay were dealt with quickly. The sink tap in the kitchen became loose and a plumber was sent out the same day. Xabia town is perfect, there are many bars and restaurants along both the sea front and within the old town, as well as the local larger supermarkets like Mercadonna. There is also a very well-stocked local store at the bottom of the road, La Ermita Local Market, which had everything we needed, fresh fruit, veg and salad, meat, as well as an in-store bakery for the most amazing fresh bread, pastries, and quiches. We mainly shopped here as it was so convenient. There are so many good restaurants very close by, Mongto Restaurant served grilled meats and fish with simple sides, and Los Almendros offers a wide menu with starters, mains and dessert, plus a glass of wine or beer for an extremely low set price. Punta Benemaquia was also perfect, traditional Spanish cuisine in a lovely outdoor setting. Slightly further away, but restaurants worth trying, Terra, Da Giulia, there is an amazing account on IG @costa_blanca_restaurants have some amazing suggestions and we tried quite a few of them! 
There are some incredibly beautiful beaches a short drive away. Granadella and Portixol deserve special mentions. Both car parks fill up very early in high season, so getting there for 8am just about gets you a spot as the walks down hill to these beaches are hard work in the heat or with small children. Cala Clemence, the beach bar & restaurant on Cala de Portixol is exceptionalThe food here, drinks, decor and setting are not to be missed and most certainly our favourite meal here in the Xabia region. The local towns like Gata de Gorgos, fantastic town for basket bags, rugs and ceramics, I spent a lot here! Jesus Pobre is also good for smaller bars, and a very good pharmacy should you need anything on your holiday, we visited a few times! The night market in Denia is a great destination for an evening stroll along the marina, a drink and lots of jewellery stalls. The children loved this. We came back to the Marina for a boat tour with Mundo Marino, we did the 5 hour boat trip to Granadella which was fantastic. Amazing staff, food on the boat was also great, highly recommended.

Other fun days out were to Las Fuentes del Algar, the natural water springs and Aqualandia waterpark. We cannot wait to return to Xabia, and will definitely stay at Casa Buho, we couldn't fault a single thing!

We had a pleasant stay at Maria's house. It's big enough for 12 people with spaces for each . The landscape and the outdoor kitchen are a real plus. However, we regret the lack of black-out shutters in the upper bedroom as well as air conditioning in the ground floor rooms. Maria is a pleasant and very responsive host.

Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. The location was peaceful, and the surrounding nature made our stay even more special. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Fantastic house with great layout and super voew of the ocean. Great host that made us feel very welcome. Altea and surounding area is a wonderful place to visit with lots of things to see and do.

Very comfortable accommodation, very close to the beach and very quiet. Ovido always addressed all the questions very quickly and I advise us very well. The house is very comfortable and pleasant. Being able to get the cars inside is a convenience and more safety. Recommended for families who want to rest and have all amenities. The kitchen is a good one, it cooks very well as a family!

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

Our short break was made extra special with the host Johan going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all we needed. Plenty of restaurants within easy reach and a short walk to the beach made it completely perfect. The 4 of us will be back.

Likeable host, responds quickly and adequately. Views were beautiful, surroundings beautiful. Beautiful coves and beaches in the nearby surroundings. We have enjoyed day trips and the nice weather. If you are looking for a good price/quality ratio and are not looking for lavish luxury then this house is recommended.

This place is a dream come true. Great even for larger groups with lots of space and the amenities are almost normally not in cottages. An absolute plus are the comfortable mattresses and pillows, we usually always take our own pillows with us - we wouldn't have needed that here:)

My family and I have spent some great days in Salvador's house, we have not lacked anything and above all we have enjoyed the proximity to the spectacular beach of Oliva and the garden that has a large table, a large and very well located umbrella, even a barbecue. It has been a correct and we will be sure to repeat

THE HOUSE IS PERFECT FOR A STAY WITH FRIENDS. THE BEDROOMS ARE LARGE AND SPACIOUS, ALL WITH A DIFFERENT AND SPECTACULAR BATHROOM. THE KITCHEN IS HUGE AND WITH ALL THE NECESSARY UTENSILS. THE TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE POOL IS VERY NICE FOR GATHERING TOGETHER. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WILL DEFINITELY REPEAT. THE HOST, ONOFRE, GAVE US ALL KINDS OF FACILITIES, BOTH FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT 100%.
