Great stay at Ruby's cabin for a week of moosehead winter adventures. Great access to the lake. Very helpful host. Recommend to anyone looking to explore Moosehead.

Dragonwood was an excellent property for a large group! The kitchen was well-stocked, rooms were outfitted with plenty of sheets/blankets/towels, and the location was beautiful. The host was very responsive and was even able to help us with a car that was stuck in the snow as we were checking out. Would highly recommend for large groups looking for a very unique place to stay in the woods of Mine!

Nice place for our annual snowmobile trip. Having the available parking lot across the street was a must for us to fit everyone but worked out great. Would recommend this spot. Easy access to the trails.

Amazing place to stay for a week of snowmobiling. The neighbor allowed us to access the trail to avoid the road. The cabin had everything you needed and extra. It was so nice the to be able to have our dog on vacation with us. We felt right at home and the little extra touches were more than appreciated. A perfect getaway and definitely would recommend it to anyone who wants privacy, a cozy place to relax and enjoy the snowmobiling Maine has to offer. Becky and Jim were amazing when a problem came up and had it taken care of immediately. Highly recommend!

We were just two, but the place would be perfect for a large family group because of the multiple beds, large table and dishes for plenty of place settings. The laundry machines in the basement were a great convenience.

Power went out during a big wind storm and Jesse was helpful in finding out when we might expect to get power back. Stove was incredible! Beautiful home with a neat story

Our party of 8 had an amazing time! The lake is beautiful. The house is walking distance to town. I would definitely rent again if our travels bring us back to that part of the country.

This home right on the river is surrounded by beauty and had everything we needed for a family get away. Perfect for family members of all ages! Plenty of space inside for our larger party and lots of outdoor seating for sitting around the fire and enjoying the view!!

This is our third year staying at this cottage. The location is perfect. It is tucked away and yet a short walk to the lake or local grocery store. It is cozy and comfortable. The decor is tasteful and not over done, but adds a wonderful feel to the home! We love it's proximity to Squaw ski resort. Unfortunately this years weather didn't allow for skiing but we managed to find lovely snowshoe trails with a bit of snow pack. We highly recommend Jamos pizza- the best in the state- perhaps the best in New England. And be sure to check out Gabriels Bookstore as well as other lovely shops in town. Every where we went we were greeted with smiles. When we did reach out to Vinnie at Moosehead Property- the reply was instantaneous. We will be back and we hope to be able to rent Pine Cone Cottage for many years to come!!!

A snowmobilers paradise! This house has a huge yard for trailers with trail access right from the backyard. Short snowmobile ride to fuel and a repair shop. This house is perfectly located to ride on many different snowmobile routes. I would suggest grocery shopping before getting to the house as there are only small convenience stores close by. All large grocery stores as 45 minutes or so away. All around great spot! We will be back!

This is our 2nd year staying here. We love the location and the house. Geoff is wonderful and so are the neighbors. We are a small group who love wheeling and this home is perfect for our long weekend stay. We would recommend this location for summer fun, Fall or Winter adventures.

Beautiful, secluded spot right on 1st Roach Pond. Easy, clear access. Place was comfortable and clean and offered many play toys for the water (kayak, canoe, paddle boat, paddle board) and a very nice dock. Great access to other trails and Lily Bay State Park. We were visited by a loon and wild turkey, as well as many neighboring ducks. Lovely and peaceful getaway.

We had an awesome stay. The hot tub made for a perfect conclusion to a big ski day. The proximity to the x-country ski trails was also a real perk. Comfortable living space and bedrooms. We hope to be back!

Nice cabin on a beautiful property. Cabin seems to be part of a lodge and not individually owned. There are several cabins and the one next to us used our parking space so we weren’t able to park as close as we would have liked. We arrived after dark and the property in general is not well lit so that made it difficult to find the cabin. The bar on the property seemed to be a happening place at night. Breakfast can be purchased in the lodge but service is extremely slow. Overall it was a nice clean place and it’s nice that the cabins are so close to the water just as pictured.

I had a great time staying here. gorgeous view of the mountains from the home.

Beautiful house and beautiful area! So much to do and to explore. Definitely felt like home away from home. Hosts were super friendly and helpful and overall would highly recommend staying here!

Wow! This house has everything! And the view is one of the best in the area. We had a great stay, loved the hot tub and waterfront area - only regret was we didn’t use all the fun amenities like kayaks, and cornhole, and shuffle board! Would love to visit again.
