Beautiful clean and modern apartment with everything you could need. Great location and beautiful coffee shops and restaurants just outside. Really loved my stay as there were a few issues with water and noise but the owners were quick to help and were extremely helpful. Great place to stay I would recommend it to anyone and hope to stay again one day.

The apartment was as advertised and exceptionally clean and inviting. After an issue with the building access code was fixed by Filippo we had no other concerns. Very highly recommended and appreciative of the access to Filippo when needed.

Wow ! Is an understatement of this beautiful place, photos don’t do the place enough justice ! The view is breathtaking the city view is amazing especially at night time Filippo is probably one of the best host we have ever encountered. The clear communication at all times and answered any enquires we had. The place cleanliness was over the top. Amazing place and amazing host, this place will be our go to whenever we have a holiday. Thank you once again for the amazing experience. If anyone is thinking to book just got for it you will not be disappointed one bit!!!!

We were needing a clean, comfortable place for a few days for our son to recover from surgery at the Royal children's hospital before he was well enough to travel. Filippo's place was perfect for this - it was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment has a tram stop right outside, and is very close to a supermarket, petrol station, takeaway shop and also a lovely park, playground and swimming pool - all within a couple of minutes walk. Filippo was very easy to communicate with and very thoughtful, setting up a travel cot for us and arranging fans for the bedrooms because of the hot weather. The apartment stayed very cool though with the air conditioning from the living space. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

The apartment was clean and in a great location. Communication was excellent especially when notifying us of planned maintenance in the carpark during our stay, and I felt secure in that I could message them with a quick response if I had any issues, but I had zero issues :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oscar’s apartment. Great location in the heart of Melbourne and overlooking the State Library. Pool was fantastic. Oscar was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Lovely clean accommodation with beautiful soaps and amenities supplied. Fully equipped premise, fantastic location and good secure parking. Large enough for two couples and our pooch, who loved the park down the road. Would recommend a stay.

Such a perfect little apartment! It made us want to stay longer. So many beautiful little touches to the place that you just don’t find anywhere else. It was quiet, peaceful and easy to get around the city from where it is located. The host was friendly and made everything easier and even let us know when the room was ready so we could check in early! We will be back! Genuinely the nicest air bnb i’ve ever stayed in ❤️

The photos are exactly how it looks. Picturesque views, very spacious and clean apartment. Our favourite part was that it was quiet for the baby to sleep and the swimming pool was heated! Would stay here again!

Great location and accomodation for our family get together away from home. The onsite pool was a great asset. The children loved the nearby climbing playground. Great views from the balcony.

Great location. Just By the casino and 2min walk to south bank bank where street artists presents veritable shows exactly every single evening, kid’s’ favorite. A tram station just in front of the gate notwithstanding it is not in the free zone but only 3min walk to a north station will make your tram free. Some of the so called suburban areas like the cricket stadium and royal garden are very easy to reach by WALK(20-30min) thanks to the great city environment. In one word- central of the city while a very quite building .In room laundry machine are very helpful, Lara’s host team is very professional.

The apartment was fantastic, just what I needed for attending a conference at the Melbourne convention centre. Super easy to get around the city and to and from the airport as well as the apartment was right in front of a Tram stop. Great hosts, so helpful, with lots of great local info.
