Vacation rentals in Moonan Flat

Bryony’s place is just magical. It had everything we needed and more. The view and the wrap around verandah were what stood out for us. Having small people, it meant they were safe when they were playing outside, which meant we could actually relax and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was really well equipped and we appreciated the little things we didn’t have to pack such as oils, coffee, dishwashing tablets and shampoo etc. The house was extremely comfortable for a large party of 9 as we were able to retreat to different areas of the house when needed. It would be even better if there was a vacuum and a mop so that we could adequately clean up after ourselves. We had the most enjoyable time and hope to book again.

Stayed here with some friends of mine and we absolutely loved our stay! Scenery was stunning surrounding this hidden gem. Plenty of privacy to relax which was exactly what we were looking for! The place itself was super nice and clean inside. It had a lovely cozy atmosphere and everything we needed along to make this an enjoyable getaway. This lodge would be awesome during the winter! Margaret was also very friendly and responsive for any questions or help we needed. Would love to stay here again and my friends included. Truly recommend!

What a wonderful find! Barbara’s off-the-grid cabin is nestled between rolling hills and surrounded by green farmland and native countryside, complete with lots of wildlife, perfect sunsets and stargazing. The ‘loft’ bed is perfect for waking up with an elevated view of a gorgeous country sunrise, with kangaroos and birds outside the window. I had the best two nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. If you crave serenity, this is the place. Barbara has thought of everything, and her place is spotless. The wi-fi is a bit patchy, but that didn’t matter at all in my case. Bear in mind if travelling for work though. Mobile reception is excellent. Would love to visit again one day.

It's a lovely house with serene, peaceful & tranquil surroundings. we enjoyed the misty morning, visited by wallaby & beautiful sunrise. My boys enjoyed their time in the nearby creek. It is big, beautiful & spacious house for 7 of us. It has all the amenities we need, the kitchen has all the cooking utensils to make a fantastic meals. It even has peach tree, lime, & grapes tree in the backyard.. Unfortunately they weren't ripe when we were there. Another thing we love about this house is we were able to enjoy stargazing !!! However please note that you have to carry the rubbish with you when u check out.

The best place to stay for a peaceful getaway from the busy city. The home was clean and organised. We enjoyed the bbq and fire pit especially. All cooking essentials were available. We felt very at home and comfortable. Kerri-Anne was very kind and helpful throughout the whole trip. 100% recommend this stay 🫶🏼
