We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location, it's very easy to access busses and trains. It is easily accessible by RER B from the airport. The apartment is quite small, but is clean and very well organized. Baptiste is a great host. He provided us with all the information we needed, and has been checking if everything is okay and whether we needed anything. I an happy to recommend his place to other visitors.

We stayed with 5 people easily 4-minute walk to the first RER station To go to central Paris or Disneyland it was perfect for our use case. any kind of business nearby. Located in a housing city, the apartment is about ten minutes from a metro. In the immediate vicinity is a pharmacy, two bakeries, a GB express, and a supermarket. The apartment is in a quiet environment. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious and the small terrace is a plus when the weather is nice. In the apartment is all the basics for cooking which is much appreciated. Small downside but Anastasia's place has nothing, the neighborhood lacks nice places to have a drink or eat. Anastasia is a very attentive host to our requests and very accommodating. A big thank you.

A pretty little apartment with good metro connection. Unfortunately, there are areas that are better not to visit alone at night that are also not really pretty. But we had no problems with that The apartment itself has everything you need and the host team is very thoughtful and kind. We got an immediate answer to every question and also a few nice tips. On New Year's Eve we found a tray of flower arrangement, champagne, glasses and champomy (for children) in the apartment. It was very cute. Right in the building is a LIDL which was very convenient. The apartment's own parking space in a locked parking garage is appreciated by anyone who has ever been to PAris by car and was looking for a parking space there. From our side, this apartment gets a positive recommendation.

Valéry was an excellent host, checking in on us regularly during the 2 and a half month stay. He made sure that we were very comfortable and solved any issues that came up.

David and Linda were great hosts who communicated proactively and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The little house is tucked away in a quiet spot and felt very cozy. The place is very accessible and a quick train ride from the center of Paris, which made getting around very easy. Pharmacy, Bakery, Minimarket were all within a quick walk. There was a park only 5 minutes walk away which was great for our kids. It was great having this much space which is rare so close to Paris. We had a very comfortable stay there and would choose this listing again given the chance!

It was also easy to get to the city of Paris, and the nearest station was close, making it a nice trip!It was cold in the winter, but the room was heated, so I had a warm and pleasant time.Thank you!

This house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was amazing. We had a co-host meet us to walk through the house, plus there were video instructions on how to use all the appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and travel toiletries. The house was very clean, organized and fit our two families well. We had two sets of parents, 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens and everyone had their own space. The house itself is also beautifully remodeled. We used uber most of the time to get around, but the house is walking distance to public transportation too. There's also a Franprix within walking distance for household food and items. I would highly recommend this house and host to everyone.

Perfect stay for your visit to Disneyland Paris with a family or small group. 15 minute drive. Quiet area after the hustle and bustle of Disneyland. Start the day with the best things from the bakery is a 2-minute walk away. Friendly host who lives in the adjacent home and is available for questions. We would book it again next time!

The place was perfect . In a quiet and secure residence. Very nice bedding, even the sofa bed. Everything you need to make meals. Impeccable bathroom. Very responsive host, clear instructions. Balcony with open views. Quiet . Bakery, small supermarket, café, restaurants downstairs from the building. Very well located for visiting all the major places in Paris. Metro station nearby. Quiet neighborhood where it's nice to walk around. In short, excellent. We'll be back

Eva's flat was very charming in a location really easy to get to. We often just walked rather than taking the metro but when we wanted to take the metro it was super accessible. The neighborhood is quite urban and lively. We jogged along the Canal Saint-Martin, enjoyed meandering around the city and also relaxing in her cozy flat. The bed is very comfortable, we slept really well. Her flat is lived in which brings an added charm, with good light on the 5th floor. She always answered my messages really quickly and had great restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated her flexibility with check-in. We arrived on the last train and picked up a key at a hotel around the corner from her flat. Eva is friendly and easy going and we would absolutely stay again.

Great location. It is a converted, old great hotel in the middle of walks to all the sites and shopping.

We were here for a pretty short amount of time, but enjoyed the apartment. The area was peaceful and easy to get around the city from due to a metro station nearby. Sanaa was responsive even before our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s apartment. Everything from communication from Eric, proximity to Stade de France, metro and great value restaurants locally. We wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we are in Paris. The apartment was beautiful and the outside terrace perfect. Thank you Eric.

We are so glad we found this air BnB and would definitely return if we were to visit Disneyland again and would 100% recommend to our friends and family. It was clean, lovely, a perfect location and Lara and Pilar were great hosts.

Excellent hosts! Very responsive to all messages! The apartment was spotless and less than 10 minutes from Disney. A beautiful square full of restaurants, shops and a boulangerie are within 5 minute walking distance! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s place. The location is very good. You can walk to several supermarkets as well as a metro station in only 2 minutes. The apartment itself is so colourful and cozy, we felt right at home. Our 3-year-old daughter loved all the toys, she almost didn’t want to come and explore Paris with us. All in all, it was a great choice for our family!
