Great place, very clean.

This eight-room boutique hotel was sparkling clean and conveniently located for access to Montreal nightlife without the nightlife happening right outside your window. The suite was spacious and comfortable for the value. The kind sized bed was soft and comfortably made with lots of layers and down pillows. The bathroom had all of the little toiletries that one might forget when traveling. Turgay was a helpful host with tips about the neighborhood and his building manager drove with my boyfriend in a snow storm when we arrived to help him finding the parking area. We look forward to staying again in what is quickly becoming one of our favorite places.

Turgay was wonderful. He responded quickly to our texts. He was very helpful with parking and answered all our questions in a helpful manner. The apartment was very clean with all the essentials we needed and very conveniently located. The apartment was quiet with a comfortable bed and even a small balcony.There was a great grocery store almost next door. Would stay here again.

Turgay was so accommodating and polite! He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The location is 5mins away from all the nicest restaurants and clubs. I will definitely be returning to stay here.

Pleased we selected this location for our stay. We felt very comfortable. and are looking forward to returning on future visits. The kitchen amenities were fantastic as described in the ad or comments can’t recall. We were able to prepare a fantastic meal without a problem that we planned for shopping at the local fresh markets. Scallops, fillet mignon, fresh pesto, pasta, vegetables, and shrimp. I hope my scrubbing of the kitchen afterwards was up to snuff. Some previous reviews included irritation with Parking. This is Montreal. Parking is not the highlight of the city lol I ended up parking at a recommended parking garage 1 1/2 blocks away if that after checking in. The only time I see this being an issue is if someone has a disability or a special parking permit, but I’m sure some accommodations would be found if necessary at least I hope Thank you 😊

The contactless check-in and check-out system is a real plus, especially for those arriving in late hours. The directions provided were very easy to understand. The bedroom was superbly furnished, including a modern kitchen and washer/dryer. The location is perfect for exploring the surroundings, with a multitude of restaurants and shops nearby. Make sure I'll be back on my next trip!

Beautiful place host was really nice as well, I actually broke two wine glasses while washing them and they replaced them right away free of charge which was really appreciated other than check in being at 4pm everything else was great but even check is understandable as most Airbnb check in for Montreal is 4-5pm or later

Place is exactly as shown in pictures! Lots of character and charm. Absolutely lovely location, I had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Second time I stay in this apartment at David, no complaints. Clean, comfortable and in a good location. I would recommend to anyone who wants an option in old Montreal.
