Vacation rentals with a patio in Montgomery Village

The quiet and the view were great. Apt. very clean. Kitchen has everything for cooking, but choice of food spots two staircases down the street. Malls, shops, grocery store, ice rink. Apt. I find the mark up booking a renting is too expensive for me -- so whether I got my money's worth or not is not really related to alex's place. But for a good get away this was a clean quiet place with a responsive and conscientious host.

Great location close to lots of good restaurants and the metro! Parking was very easy and the house looked like the photos! Would stay here again.

Harrison was very accomodating and flexible to our needs. He was excellent in regards to communication. The beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate. Although we didn't use the kitchen it has everything you need. We frequented the nearby Roost/ food court. Thank you Harrison for a great stay.

Stay was exactly as described. Home was clean and had everything needed for a home base for work and camp for the kids. Jorge and John we very communicative and friendly. 100% would reccomend.

Tiana's place is clean, quiet, in a nice neighborhood. Check-In was easy even after daylight hours. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Baltimore.

Gia is a wonderful host, always checking in to see if there was anything that we needed. Our space within the house was more than enough room for what we needed. We had full access to all amenities that were listed and more. The location was within minutes of grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and more. Overall, our experience with Gia was amazing! If we ever need to stay in the area again, I will certainly reach out to Gia!

Chad and Nicole were great hosts. Very reactive and friendly. Our stay was absolutely seamless and the location perfect for us. The place was clean and corresponded perfectly to the description. No surprises. We will definitely come back!

Lovely apartment on a very quiet block in Takoma Park. Easy walk to grocery co-op and bakery. Perfect location for a family visit with local friends, quick Metro trip to the National Mall area. Fish is super responsive and made sure to message us mid-visit to check in. Would have been happy to stay longer!

Will was awesome and the house was wonderful. Felt right at home and he was always responsive whenever I needed it. Will definitely stay here my next time I'm in DC. A++ all the way.

Had stayed here because it is so close to the convention center. Had a great stay with a space for everyone. Host was responsive and friendly. I plan on staying here again for next year's convention. If you need somewhere to stay around D.C I would definitely recommend here.

I checked in for an original 5 days stay that turned into a nearly 10 days stay and each time I needed to extend my stay Nhi responded immediately and was gracious enough to do so. Communication was great, anything I needed was attended to, and I would stay with Nhi as my host ANYTIME. Thank you Nhi!

Fantastic home , very walkable. My children 7 and 15 really enjoyed staying in this home. Everything was so updated and spotless clean. My family had a fantastic time in DC walking everywhere from here. Nice kitchen with everything we needed to cook a family dinner with the kids. We had fresh coffee in the morning and really enjoyed the fireplace in this winter. Will definitely come back in the summer. Thank you.

We loved this home. The home is on one level which made it so convenient for my parents. The pictures don’t do the home justice. Courtney and his staff take great care of the home and it shows through out. We loved that each bedroom has a smart TV and Netflix and other apps are accessible for use. The location was perfect especially during the holiday. We were a short distance from a grocery store and Target which were perfect for us. The kitchen is fully stocked which made our stay even better. Would love to visit during the warmer months to be able to enjoy the screened porch and patio area off the master bedroom. We would definitely stay at Courtney’s place again in the future.

Great stay at Roman’s place. Clean, just like the photos, comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Very quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Laura is a supreme hostess and this is a top notch AirB&B that I highly recomend to anyone visiting Frederick. I lived in the city of Frederick for about eight years. A lot of the homes are over 100 years old. This AirB&B is the best renovation that I have seen. It feels modern, fresh, and cozy. This AirB&B could easily accommodate four people and felt expansive for my girlfriend and I. There is plenty of room to spread out. Pho52 around the corner has amazing, authentic Vietnamese food. Keep in mind that the water in the city is heavily treated with chlorine and other chemicals. I suggest bringing a water filter or your own supply. It's fine for showering and brushing teeth but not so great for drinking or cooking. You will love this AirB&B, guaranteed!

We had a wonderful night at the condo. Our host let us know in the morning it was clean and ready so that we could check in early. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

Amazing stay! Our host was responsive and even shipped an item left in the unit. The area was charming and walkable with lots to see and do. Would certainly recommend this place for another trip!

This is a great cozy spot for up to 3 guests. Kitchen has all the dishes, pots & pans, etc needed to cook & serve meals. The unit is quiet, private and secure. It’s in a nice walkable neighborhood. Rideshares are plentiful, with no more than a 5 min wait at any time. I highly recommend staying here and will do so myself at a later date!

Our host, Israel, was always in communications to see if we needed anything. He had bottled water in the fridge as well as snacks in a bowl. We loved that added touch. Would definitely stay there again. We loved DC!!!

We are local to the area and needed a place to stay for some unexpected home repairs, and this fit the bill. It was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Note that the thermostat needs to be controlled from upstairs, but we were comfortable during a cold stretch of winter and never had to ask to change it. Overall, I'd recommend this place!
