House vacation rentals in Monteverdi Marittimo

We had a wonderful week here. It was baking hot but the pool, the shady garden and the air conditioning made it the perfect peaceful place to relax between Rome and Florence.

Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Such an amazing place! I would recommend EVERYONE to go there! Violante and her husband are such nice hosts. We had a wonderful time there and will not hesitate to come back next year. Thanks a lot.

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

We have fallen in love with Tuscany, thanks to Klaus's place and Francesco, the friend of his down the road who looks after guests and house. Everybody so kind, beautiful countryside, delicious food, and stunning Lucca not far. We were 4 couples, 3 stayed at Klaus's place the other two at Francesco's Antica Pergola, 200m away. This was ideal. We spent a lot of time in the large house with the big kitchen, garden and pool, or left together to explore Tuscany. What a lovely time we had!

There is peace and tranquility in this house. Surely we will be back! We really enjoyed our stay! Chiara is very kind! Highly recommended this place!!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

The host was very pleasant and hospitable, the location is not bad for visiting during the day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped, fun to work in. We cooked a few times. There are enough dishes. The toilet itself is a bit cramped and close to the shower, but the shower and bathroom are both spacious. We'd go back again

Alessandra’s place was an absolute dream. It’s picturesque with the most gorgeous view of Tuscany hills in a rustic styled rental. She was extremely helpful and attentive during our stay! Would definitely come back here next time we visit!

We had a great time with a great family stay with two 5 and 2.5 year olds at Giorgio and Chiara's place in Giorgio and Chiara's place. The Pierre house is superb, the totally private part reserved for us is charming and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. Special mention for the cleanliness that was perfect. Despite the screens at each window, please be sure to make sure the mosquito repellent in August. The outdoor terrace is well appointed for meals with views over the Tuscan hills. The pool, closed by a gate and 70m from the house is magical, infinity with still a view of the hills. It is surrounded by plants and a small square of lawn with deckchairs and umbrellas. Panzano is well located for shining in Tuscany. Another great place in Italy.

Really warm and friendly host

Joy (the owner) is a joy! She is one of the best hosts we’ve had on this platform. Flexible checking, due to delayed flight. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and beautiful. Lovely rustic Tuscan charm of a property. Plenary of recommendations at the property for local restaurants and activities. Can’t recommend this property enough!

The complex is in a larger clearing in the middle of the forest. Completely remote and quiet day or night. Pure relaxation. Well-maintained complex. Good kitchen equipment. Tastefully furnished apartment. Great pool. 14x7m. Perfect for a few laps or to romp. Location is perfect for excursions. Florence, Pisa, Siena each about 60 minutes away by car. In and around San Gimignano there are many restaurants with good Tuscan dishes. A reservation is often required if you like to move away from the tourist centers. Shopping facilities can be reached in 15 minutes. External garbage disposal at nearby collection points is a bit annoying. Laura took care of the personal key handover with us and speaks perfect German! All in all 5 stars! We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

Available and helpful hosts, accommodation compliant with listings, a great base to discover the beauty of Tuscan: Siena, Pisa, Florence, Chianti, the coast, everything is accessible for 45-60 min drive.

Great house, especially when several families/parties travel together, as there are a total of 3 apartments. House and surroundings very clean, contact via the key holder very straightforward. The caretaker was great, came every day and took great care of the pool and the surroundings - but didn't push up at all and mostly came to times when we weren't at the house. Too bad it doesn't have wifi.

very nice stay...the accommodation was clean and comfortable...Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Small downside the dishwasher does not wash properly and the fridge is not too cold..... We recommend staying because it's close to Pisa and amenities...

An excellent and peaceful place to stay. The view is absolutely stunning, pool was lovely, and there rooms are more than spacious. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. Unless you are planning on staying only there, you do need a car. With a car, the shops were 10 mins drive away and the train station < 10 mins with free parking.

we immediately felt comfortable 7 d enjoyed the stay very much. A ideal starting point for excursions.

Everything was alright. Maura and Francesco were available whenever we needed. They helped us find a vet for our dog, brought a slide for the kids, recommended places on Elba. The house is clean, the plot is huge, the pool is amazing. Thank you

We received a very warm welcome by Girogio. It spoke exclusively Italian, unfortunately no English. We were still able to communicate about the essentials, only for the phone appointment for check-in we needed help from an Italian. The apartment is super located and clean, the view of the bay and the very quiet location are fantastic. Here you can enjoy wonderful sunsets with a glass of red wine. The kitchen equipment is very good, we took care of ourselves almost every day and didn't miss anything. In the restaurant down on the beach, you even get a small discount if you say you come from Giorgio. His nephew works there:-) A big thank you to Giorgio!!! That was a great 8 days!

The place offers everything you want for a great vacation for several. Well-equipped kitchen, BBQ, nice bathrooms, cleanliness, always available and helpful landlord, a great environment for things to do. We loved it 🤩

La Selvolina is a great place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings, but also the lovely pool. The house is nice, the kitchen very complete. Everything is available for a wonderful stay. If you have any questions, there was always a quick and very friendly response, which we experienced as very pleasant and welcome. La Selvolina is a wonderfully quiet place, about a 30 minute walk (up the mountain) or 5 minutes by car to Roccastrada. If you're lucky, you could see deer in the garden and hear the owls at night. It is advisable to have an SUV because the road is not paved.
