House vacation rentals in Montestrutto

We stayed at Casa Matilde for three nights and everything was perfect! A quiet house surrounded by greenery with everything you need to relax out of the chaos of the city. A large garden with pool, grill and lounge chairs, outdoor tables where you can eat. The house inside is spacious and new (newly renovated) with mosquito nets and two balconies. The kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you need (never found a house so well-stocked). The owner Luca is kind and helpful, he takes care of the house in an impeccable way! We hope to be back soon!

Tiziana is a Supehost who is attentive to every detail. She has been busy and out of her way to make us feel at home. The place is great and cute, super equipped, both for appliances and linens provided in all rooms. from the kitchen to the bedroom. All the rooms including the bathroom are extremely clean and sanitized,equipped with all the comforts. We found sheets, towels, bathrobe for the shower, dish towel for the kitchen, shampoo, soaps, toilet paper. Tiziana, in addition to providing all the accessories that are essential in an apartment, has also provided us with a refrigerator with gassed and natural water, and also allowed us to access the kitchen with the privilege of taking advantage of cookies and breakfast food. The accommodation is spacious, bright, complete with heating and air conditioning, all in excellent condition, furnished with care and taste. In the outdoor garden there is a beautiful pool.

The place is in the center, for a less than a minute you can find restaurants, shops, bars. The bus station is only 20m from the apartnent, we did not use as the Cervinia lift was only 10-13min drive. The area is great, friendly people, lots to do. I would definitely recommend the place. Everything is as described.

Easy rental experience through all steps . Communications , check-in, flexibility … We had some last minute changes on our Side and they were flexible, friendly and accommodating to make our stay very comfortable and pleasant . I highly recommend Valentina’s and her son’s Alberto house !

An incredible villa... we had a great time! It completely matches the photos on the listing and Roberto was very helpful from the beginning. Fantastic place, the quiet of the small village and the location make it the ideal place to start for many beautiful excursions in the Lanzo Valleys. For a family it is ideal, having 3 bedrooms plus the tavern as a sofa bed, you can stay comfortably in 5-6 people as well. The house has excellent finishes, you can see that it has been renovated very recently, the double bathroom with double shower is very comfortable. Nothing is missing in the kitchen, on the contrary, the owner did not let us miss anything and always courteous and very helpful. The house is built on 3 floors, the tavern is fantastic to spend the evening, with a maxischer, spotlights, stone finishes... my children who finished eating were immediately stuck there to play! Beautiful garden, very practical gas barbecue. I hope to be able to organize a winter vacation because both the house and the surrounding area are really nice, and also close to well-served towns (we wanted to visit Turin one day)

Wow - Gioel's airbnb was one of the BEST we have ever experienced! It was so peaceful with the mountain views, the gardens were well tended, and the inside was extremely clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Gioel was there to meet us, and was gracious to adjust our meeting time when we were later than expected. He was friendly and professional, and happily gave us tips about the area. We could tell he genuinely cares about making this a good experience for his guests. He put a lot of thought into the house, with tasteful decorations and every kitchen supply you might need, even some staples like oil and seasonings. He even took the time to show me how to use the Moka coffee pot. The bedrooms all had rolladen, which kept the rooms very dark for sleeping. Our small children had the best time playing in the clean and safe yard outside. We truly felt at home. And, despite being so private, this location is actually very easy to get to all the sights in the valley if you have a car.

Two-story single house with large fenced garden perfect for our dogs traveling with us. Host always available and very kind. A 10-minute drive from Aosta, a very convenient location to get around the beautiful Valle D’Aosta region! Looking forward to coming back! Thanks Danielle.

Truly exquisite, helpful and very kind people. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well heated. No parking problems. From the house you can see a beautiful landscape. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed the time at the place. Max welcomed us warmly and showed and explained the place to us exactly. The place is clean, super decorated and has a great location. The fenced property is great for dogs. The fireplace is also a highlight. In the hot water tank, it is to be noted that after about 2 showers, it has to be serviced after about 2 showers, it has enough hot water again for the third shower. We were still more than happy with the place :)

A beautiful week! Everything is perfect! Elena was exquisite in everything. Friendly and patient neighbors. We have a large dog on a leash but he was sociable with all the dogs and dogs of the free neighbors (of course if you asked there they kept in the house and/or leash). Perfect house, very warm and welcoming. We were going to the village downstairs on foot ( walk in the woods of about 20 / 25 minutes). With the car, we moved without problems! Highly recommended!!!

Home: The house is perfect for a period of rest away from the hustle and bustle. Very warm, clean, welcoming. The secluded lobby at the entrance with a closet useful for storing boots and more without getting dirty in the house. Living spaces, small but functional kitchen with gas, spacious fridge and freezer, double sink and dishwasher (maybe a tablecloth would be convenient). Bathroom with shower, hot water and super pressure, no window. Room with comfortable mattresses, extra blankets, spacious wardrobes, small desk (a small light and a chair wouldn't hurt). We really appreciated the selection of books and magazines on the park available. Location: Campiglia in winter is emptied by tourists and quieter. 5 steps away from the house there is an honest restaurant and just beyond the shop of typical products. There are no supermarkets in the area so you arrive. For trekking/dog/park: Adriano tells you which/when the trails are free (the dog is not always allowed)

Very nice and comfortable house. Beautifully restored with lovely Italian furniture and all the amenities. Great kitchen. 2 nice porches, one with a beautiful lake view. Cristian's father was extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed in the autumn - off season and it was ideally peaceful. Highly recommended.

Very nice location especially in the snow. Lucio was very helpful and was able to solve a huge problem we had with our rental car. Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay. My friends and I were warmly welcomed by Giulia who gave us a tour of the house and gave us all the information. She had prepared us a welcome gift with Donnas wine, cookies, chocolates! The house is very comfortable, well heated and very quiet. We hiked directly from the house and the shops are very close.
