It's at the 4°floor of a quite building with private courtyard, in the very center of Pescara, just few minutes away from the beach, the train station and 6km from the local airport. In this area you can find all kind of shops, restaurants, bar and clubs for nightlife. It has a lovely terrace that you can enjoy in the summer.

There are several bathing establishments, but also free beaches. Bus stop under the house, a supermarket 300 meters away, and a shopping mall with a cinema about 3 km away. Beachfront bike path and park road connecting Montesilvano with Pescara, great for motor activities such as jogging and long walks.
