We decided to stay in this magnificent place to celebrate New Year's Eve and we are so happy to have made this choice! The place is immersed in nature and offers spectacular views, from dawn to dusk. It is ideal for a retreat in contact with nature and yourself, but also for a group stay. Pietro is an extremely friendly host who puts the value of human relationships first, even when traveling. He and his wife welcomed us with a welcome aperitif with great local products (and made us try the oil of their crazy olive trees!!) to get to know each other better. Pietro has always been available for all our needs. Highly recommended for those looking for a slow, not stressful experience. See you next time! (Maybe in the summer with the pool open :-) )

Carlos, your place was magnificent and we were welcomed by you very kindly. the entire property at the same time exudes elegance and comfort and is wonderfully located. We were particularly pleased that the swimming pool was still operational so late in the year and gave us the feeling of summer again. What particularly touched us was the delicious bottle of red wine for reception in conjunction with the interesting conversations with you. After all, we were also allowed to buy some canisters of olive oil from you, which we are very much looking forward to enjoying. The apartment was very comfortable and in very good condition. Saretta was very friendly and attentive.

Maddalena's place was excellent for a month-long stay in Rome. It was everything it appeared to be in the photos, and the rooftop terrace made it one of the most beautiful Airbnb's that I've stayed in. Adding a huge Thank You to Roberta, who helped me check in, and was extremely kind in driving me to the airport on the morning I checked out! Thank you so, so much!

Stunning location with amazing views, the Airbnb felt like home, was charming and fantastic. The views from the bathroom and bedroom are stunning, and while it's a fair hike up some switchbacks from the transtation to the Airbnb it can be done with a bit of huff and puff and sweat in 20 minutes. We wish we'd stayed longer! The location is great, with only a short walk to lots of small restaurants and bars, and the peace and quiet was much needed after a stay in Rome.

A great place for people planning to go with a large group of friends. A very spacious living room allows you to spend nice evenings, the same large terrace. A definite plus is the possibility of transportation from the airport and to the airport and a trip to Rome included. A high standard interior with amenities in bathrooms ( gels, shampoos, etc.). Possibility to use the grill. To get to the beach, just walk through the gate. Very good communication with the host, very quick response to any questions. Each room equipped with air conditioning. I highly recommend this place! :)
