House vacation rentals in Monterey Park

Eric was great and went over the top to make our stay magical for our family. He went out and purchased a cake and favorite drinks for our family before we arrived for a surprise. Responded immediately to questions about pool and hot tub. Everything was smooth and great. He even had more beds and cots than what we thought so the kids had their own beds at night.

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!! So close to Disney. You can see the fireworks from the window. Very convenient. Will definitely come back.

beautiful extravagant home ! felt very peaceful , private and very comfortable for my guests and i . sergio was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had . the backyard is very inviting and pictures did no justice to how gorgeous it was in person . paradise . thank you again !

I stayed with my husband and family and it was a really great space. Deborah was a great host and very responsive with any questions I had. It’s a great location on a quiet street. Would stay again.

Carmen was very helpful. Everything was clean. It would be good to have info clearly posted such as WiFi. We had to ask. Bunk beds not made for an adult on top so someone had to sleep on couch. Pool cannot be heated easily so unless it is warm do not plan on using.

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood—perfect for a family! We highly recommend it.

there was always good communication with Mark, plus there were necessary amenities nearby.

Katherine's place was perfect for a digital nomad like me. Was there for two weeks, 25 minute walk to the beach/pier, two blocks away from a Hertz if you need to rent a car, 10 minute walk to a great local/organic grocery store. Kitchen had all the cooking essentials, back patio was lovely, quiet, and private. Great place!

Great place to stay. Lots of food and shopping in the area. Nice quiet neighborhood for a walk with pets.

We enjoyed our stay. Great space for larger party with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Private outdoor area was a bonus.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at Judy’s place! Super close to Disney, shops, restaurants. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Judy is a super welcoming, friendly, accommodating and proactive host. The house provided plenty of space for our family group to relax, share meals in the kitchen, and enjoy the backyard. 100% recommend!

This was the first ‘not hotel’ we stayed in after we lost our house in the Palisades fire - Charles and John were amazing! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodate our date. The house is very quiet, cute and well equipped in a great location. It will always have a special place in our hearts :-) it is well priced for a short term rental.

The house made us feel at home and safe. We did meet the owner and she was extremely friendly. Our visit was a homegoing service and we enjoyed our stay. Hope to return for a happier occasion. Highly recommend. Our party consist of 4 adults and 1 child and only having one bathroom wasn’t as issue. Thanks for welcoming us!

Jorgen was a great host and extremely accommodating and helpful when we had some last minute illness and had to change our stay duration. The backyard is 10/10 amazing. Beautiful and surprisingly private for the area. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside. Thanks for the stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Vardan’s property. The AirBnB exceeded expectations in its spaciousness and amenities provided, as well as its ease of access, comfort and privacy and quiet. It had everything I needed and went above and beyond my usual AirBnB experience. It was clear that Vardan cared deeply about ensuring that guests had an excellent experience, and fulfilled the original intent of AirBnB properties being personally hosted rather than managed by a third party. Comfortable and quiet place feels like my home in a different country. It was located in a residential area, so I was able to rest very quietly and safely. The kitchen was also spacious, so it was easy to prepare simple meals.

Our stay at Coni’s place was excellent. We felt as if this was our home away from home. The place was exceptionally clean and sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The bathroom was perfect for three people and we had no trouble with hot water or any other aspect of using the kitchen or the house. The kitchen was well equipped and Coni had left us milk and coffee plus other snacks. There's an excellent backyard and pool and although it was too cold for us to get in it was a beautiful feature and we had morning coffee outside. This is a great place to stay if you're traveling to visit the Los Angeles areas especially for access to Venice, Marina Del Rey, USC, Culver City, & Silver Lake.
