The house is very nice, the view is amazing, a very pleasant place to relax and from where you can visit the surroundings. Silvia was always very kind and available to give directions and to adapt to our needs.

This was our second stay at BorgoLoretello. This time we invited additional family to tour Le Marche. One of the most beautiful and peaceful stays in Italy. Much appreciation for the efforts from the team at BorgoLoretello.

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

Pure relaxation in the olive grove! We spent a very relaxing, fantastically beautiful holiday in Villa Claudia. The villa is surrounded by olive trees, a fig tree and other fruit trees as well as agaves, giving you a great view of the countryside, surrounded by nature and very private (at night this takes some getting used to - especially as a city person - since you actually have no neighbors, only nature). By car, you can reach the village of San Lorenzo in Campo within a few minutes, where there are various smaller supermarkets as well as cafes. The saltwater pool we used to swim and cool off every day was our highlight. The villa is actually a rustic country cottage with everything you need. The entire villa was super clean and very well appointed. Upstairs there were air conditioners in all bedrooms, but not in the basement or living room, kitchen, ...(there was a fan available there).

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful weekend in this rural location surrounded by green hills and olive trees. The place is a real paradise for those looking for relaxation and tranquility. The pool and hot tub were the icing on top, perfect for recharging. Our cat also loved the quiet atmosphere and the home. Daniele was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful (at all times!), making us feel immediately comfortable. We recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get away from the routine and enjoy a corner of peace in the middle of nature. We will definitely be back!

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)

Alberto was always available and helpful. The accomodation was exactly as described and had all the necessary amenities. The air conditioning in most rooms kept the house constantly cool. Within walking distance of the center of Gabicce Mare and for fit people also of Cattolica. Only half an hour's drive to the larger city of Rimini.

Everything is super good at Mara's place! Comfortable apartment and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

I stayed in Elio's house from September 14 to 23 and it was a wonderful stay. The photos don't make enough, because the house is even nicer. The rooms are spacious, very bright, everything is new and well furnished, and with every comfort: air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, table and iron, hair dryer. In addition, both on one side and the other, the house enjoys a wonderful view of the Marche hills, characterized by a delightful silence, which for those looking for a little peace from the daily hustle and bustle is a real treat. Montelupone is a nice village, and nearby you can visit a lot of interesting places, and renowned destinations, as well as reaching the most important sea areas not far away. Elio, to whom I send a hug, is an exquisite person, as well as an impeccable host, always available for every need. I recommend this house at 100 x 100, you won't regret it...

The apartment is really beautiful, exactly as described and shown in the photos, if not even nicer! A special mention for the host Giovanna: she responds immediately to messages, is very helpful and has allowed flexible checkout. Highly recommended!

Such a pretty cozy house! It was also not far from Assisi, so it was nice. The neighborhood was also very pretty.

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

Francesca and her husband were an exceptional host, always ready to advise us, with great kindness and discretion... The house is very nice. The proximity to the airport is not bothersome at all, one or two mainline flights per day and only a few seconds can be heard during takeoff. The pellet heating is lovely! We highly recommend it and hope to have the opportunity to see them again .

Unforgettable experience in a dream farmhouse We spent a night in this farmhouse with my friends and I can say that it was a very special experience. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and perfectly cared for in every detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, ideal for those looking for a break from the daily routine. Upon our arrival, we were greeted impeccably: the fireplace was already on, which made the entrance even warmer and more welcoming. We immediately felt a feeling of "home" and the courtesy of the owners helped make the stay even more enjoyable. Every room of the farmhouse, from the rooms to the living area, is perfect to spend moments of conviviality and relaxation. The location is ideal for those who love tranquility, but also for those looking for a starting point to explore the surroundings. We'll definitely be back soon to relive this magic. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough about what an amazing host Anya was for our group of 11, ranging in age from 6 to 82. From her clear and responsive communication to her perfect recommendations (restaurants, beaches, nearby towns/wineries, truffle hunt, private chef dinner) she helped our family make the most of what was an amazing week in a truly memorable accommodation. Our stay opened our eyes to what an amazing region Le Marche is - we’d be thrilled to visit again!

We were looking for weekend relaxation, we couldn't find better. Accommodation surrounded by the greenery of the immediate hinterland of Ancona, whose center can be reached in ten minutes. Roberto and Mattia welcomed us "from old friends", taking us to the accommodation (of which we were immediately impressed with the extreme order and cleanliness) and providing us with valuable directions regarding restaurants, routes to do, and sites to visit in Ancona. An observation (which is also a note of merit) already expressed in voice to Roberto and that can be useful to everyone: the photos do not give full credit to the beauty of the place and that of the apartment, a beauty much more appreciated in real life. In short, to conclude, an extremely satisfactory experience, from which I cannot find any negative aspects. Sincere congratulations on the seriousness and friendliness of the hosts... it's not for everyone.

This is the third time we have returned to the coast of the conero and we are very happy with this choice. The house is very comfortable but we were almost always in the beautiful garden with sea views, cool and ventilated even on hot days thanks to the elevated location with respect to the sea. The comfortable beach of Marcelli is a few minutes away by car but if you want a little adventure there are many wildest beaches within walking distance.
