Great stay, very comfortable beds and loved the multiple bathrooms. Good location, close to restaurants and shops and reasonable walking access to the beach.

Amazing to have booked accomodation for my family and it was exactly as it is described. The pool and lounge area was just perfect for our family to swim and relax together. Julia was quick to respond when I needed to clarify anything. They opened their home and made us feel like we were right at home. Special mention to the added extras that we never expected. The pantry had everyday items to use. The fridge had bread, ham, cheese, milk and condiments so that after our long drive from Sydney, we could enjoy a sandwich for lunch, but what touched me the most was a bottle of bubbles with a handwritten card to celebrate the safe arrival of our new little granddaughter. Never expected but so beautiful. Thank you both, you made our time together as a family a memory I will never forget.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the balcony with the view of the beach which was within an easy walk. Cafes, restaurants and shops were close by.

In a few word - EVERYTHING was AWESOME. Best BnB place and host (Shane)! Thank you very much Shane - you were exceeding thoughtful (with every minor detail including foil, oil, various types of teas, towels, use of pool etc) and accomodating (with all our queries and requests). Your place is our place of choice when we return again :-).

Nestled in the picturesque countryside of Northern NSW, this completely off-grid retreat offers the perfect opportunity to disconnect & recharge away from the hustle of daily life. Despite being a "tiny home," it’s surprisingly spacious & comfortably accommodated our family of four. The outdoor amenities are a highlight—a BBQ, a firepit with grilling attachments, & a charming outdoor tub heated by fire coals add to the experience. Situated on a working farm, there’s plenty to explore & enjoy if you’re looking to immerse yourself in country life. Wildlife enthusiasts will also love the possibility of spotting koalas, which are sometimes seen in the nearby reserve (just 5min away) or even on the property itself. Andrea & Jim, the hosts, were exceptionally responsive & helpful, going above & beyond to ensure we were safe & comfortable, even during some unexpectedly wild weather. As an added bonus, the coast is only a 25mins drive away for some surf, sun & fun. You wont be disappointed!

this was a little gem. the apartment had everything we needed and the location was right in the heart of some great restaurants and bars. Aldi quite close too. it wasn't really that noisy and certainly didn't bother us but the air con unit on the buildings opposite is noisy and should really have some noise control. however this is out of the control of the owner. all the facilities were fab including a big comfy bed. A great apartment and we would def recommend a stay here.

Loved our stay on the water! Great communication, the spa was excellent and we loved our little visits from the owners dog Nyla! It was a great spot to fish and boat with a great club just around the corner! Loved it!!

Jen was extremely accommodating from the moment we booked (6 months in advance) to the moment we left. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. The sunsets and fireplace were the perfect way to finish our day! Thank you so much for an incredible holiday destination

This is a simply delightful apartment, located within a short walk of a lovely beach, loads of eatery’s and bars, and still lovely and peaceful. The apartment is well equipped with lovely outdoor seating areas, and comfortable furnishings. Our family simply loved it.

I am a return guest to Lenny's place. I LOVE the feel of the place - the ocean sounds throughout the days and nights, the great nature all around, the tastefully designed home, the amenities - I SO love staying here. And Lenny is a dream host - in every way - proactive, kind, divine. I've put my wishlist in for more stays!!

literally 3 minute walk to the beach. I had a parking spot at the place underneath the building. All beeded was provided. It was tidy and clean when we arrived. I knew it was further away from the area with shops/restayrant but we ended up walking hapily the whole time there as it was walkable such as the collective (food) 20min one way and the Dune Cafe (30min walk). There is a backstreet parallel to the main road which makes walking more peacefully. Overall great spot. fairly compfy beds. My parents and I enjoyed our stay.
