Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the kids loved it as well. A special thanks to Francesca and Ivan for the thoughtful welcome message and the goodies—they made our experience even more memorable!!

The house is absolutely beautiful, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Well furnished and spacious, it's really very cozy! In the kitchen there everything you need (pots, dishes, towels, detergents). In the living room there is the option to light the fireplace. One of the bathrooms has a hot tub! The location is perfect for alternating days of absolute peace with trips to Florence, Arezzo and Siena, or 1000 other beautiful Tuscan villages. The outdoor garden is a real treat: being winter we didn't use it much, but it was perfect for admiring the New Year's fireworks. Giulio, who welcomed us, was really very nice! The cats Umberto and Pierino kept us company. As clearly indicated on AirBnb and specified at the time of booking, heating is not included and must be paid at checkout: for 3 days we spent 60 euros.

Francesca is a very kind and attentive hostess. She personally welcomed us in the beautiful house right by the sea with breathtaking views. It has everything you need, even bikes are at your disposal. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

The hosts were really responsive and proactive in replying to messages! The place was as described and in great condition. Pretty clean and gave authentic vibes of the city. Totally worth staying here. Location is decent too, approachable by public transport.

Comfortable house in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful views, and easy to manage day trips to surrounding areas. Nada was great at communicating and had many recommendations. Her daughter coming for a cooking class was a fun afternoon activity.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Siena Secret Garden! The host provided clear instructions as to how to find the property and where to park to avoid ZTL fines. The property is right inside the walls of Siena and walkable into the main square and sights (the walk is very much uphill which we enjoyed but should be noted for someone with limited mobility). The property was just as described in the listing and we had great space as a family of five. The host was extremely responsive to my inquiries. There is a cafe right across the street for an evening apertivo and snack. We would absolutely recommend the property and stay here again!

Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

a great welcome. the place was really very clean.we are very looking at the top it was really great. there is everything you need ( dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine... with the coffee offered in addition👍. a great basket with fruits and vegetables from the garden. possible for the kids to make pony. the pool to finally cool off was very good too even if it is missing some sunbeds when the accommodations are all full.

Absolutely stunning apartment - probably the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Location is incredible - walkable to everything you'd plan to do on a short trip to Florence (with hidden gem the Bargello just across the road). You feel like you're embedded in the history of the city while staying there - nice to hear the church bells, and to sit on the terrace and listen to the bustle of people below. Beautiful art, beautiful furniture - I've been recommending this flat to all my friends!

We booked this place for 5D/4N & was allowed early check-in as arrived early from Le Spezia, really appreciate that. Place was closed to tram & buses with just few minutes walk which make commute to attractions easier, also restaurants, cafe & supermarket were all just walking distance. Recommended!

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

‘Perfect’ is the best way to describe our stay. Location, staff, communication, apartment, everything was just perfect! Look no further, this can only be highly recommended for everyone going to Florence. Consider though that the 2nd bedroom is on an elevated platform in the main living space, so it lacks a bit of privacy if that’s crucial to you.

We stayed at the apartment for a week and it was great! The place is very quiet and the sea is easy to reach. You can also get to Pisa or Florence quickly. The place was nicely decorated and had a lot of useful items. Even an ironing board. Communication was wonderful and very friendly at all times. We definitely recommend!!!

The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. It was very nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. Everything we needed was provided. The location is very good. Both supermarkets are very close. The village center is only about 500 m away and the beach 1 km away. Francesca is a wonderful host, she is very friendly. We were also able to check in earlier. We can really recommend this property and would love to come back again.

Amazing location, walkable to everything within Pisa. Giula left us our own devices which is exactly what we wanted but left clear instructions on how to enter and was lovely when we bumped into her on our way out. Messaged a few times about a couple of things and she responded quickly and was very accommodating and friendly. Very kind host. Would recommend for a weekend in Pisa.

Maurizio and Sabrina were excellent hosts who went to great lengths to ensure our stay was as smooth and hassle-free as possible. They greeted us upon our check in to the place, providing us with everything we could need and more to fully relax as well as maximise our time in Florence, even providing a green binder of local recommendations/interest points among other items. The property itself was extremely well kept and cosy, while the surrounding neighbourhood was quiet with the city centre a mere 30 minute walk away or 10 minute bus ride. All in all, this was a great stay and find on AirBnB and we would highly recommend it to any looking to stay in Firenze.

Very good place to stay in the center of Firenze! The apartment was perfect for us, a nice well-equipped kitchen, a nice sitting room with TV, a very clean and practical bathroom, a bedroom at the back of the apartment which is quiet. The apartment is well located near all great places in Firenze and not so far from the station. We also could take the apartment much before the usual check-in time, which was very convenient for us! Rita and Carlo are nice, give you nice tips and react very quickly. A place to come back for sure!

Wonderful place with a view. Alessandro was excellent in communicating. Bed comfortable, perfect place to lay your head after a full day of sightseeing. The elevator was helpful, albeit very small. Easy access to anywhere in Florence, a perfect spot. Loved it all.
