Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful week here. It was baking hot but the pool, the shady garden and the air conditioning made it the perfect peaceful place to relax between Rome and Florence.

We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Gary, who looks after everything, is one of the nicest hosts we have ever met: charming, helpful and making you feel very comfortable. A highly recommendable place to stay! Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

We searched for months for the perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 9 days in Tuscany- and we found it! This house is located a nice distance from Lucca, Cinque Terra, Pisa and Florence. However- the house and grounds were so beautiful that we were always torn about staying home or going exploring. We spent mornings at the pool and evenings adventuring. Andrea was a warm and kind host, always helpful. We had plenty of room for two adults and three young kids. We are beyond grateful to have gotten to spend time in this special place. We had a wonderful time at this dream house! Magnificent views, beautiful decor and good amenities, plenty of space inside and outside, magnificent garden, great pool, friendly (few) neighbors. All round beautiful! Recreation and tranquility for the adults and play facilities by the pool for the children. The village is enchanting. The way to shopping and to Lucca is absolutely doable when you get used to the serpentines. And the path is definitely beautiful! The remoteness makes up the peculiarity & beauty of the place. Lucca is a beautiful city! Vittoria is a very kind host. Everything was easy and the contact was very pleasant at all times. We are thrilled and would like to come back!

It was a nice time staying at this place. You have a lot of space for yourself and a large pool without being able to disturb big people. Communication with Allessandro also worked well with the help of translators.

Host support was impeccable! We were very well taken care of. Getting there to the house is a bit adventurous as described. However, the journey is very well described and we were able to find the house without a pribleme. After arrival you will be compensated with a large private parking, a house in a very quiet location, a magnificent and idyllic view and a large pool. Everything looks exactly like the pictures! If you are looking for relaxation, you will find it in this accommodation. Eating out and shopping is a 15 minute drive away. We highly recommend this house. 🥰

Charming little house with a private, cozy yard filled with greenery. Everything in the house is like new, very clean, and inviting. Bicycles can be provided upon request. There is a nearby COOP, which is the best supermarket/grocery chain in Italy. Matteo and Marcela always promptly and informatively answered our questions and proactively kept us informed about everything important. They are very friendly and nice people. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Tuscany with Filippo’s place as a base. The place is beautiful, and we were lucky to have great weather to enjoy the terrace for 2 days. We had Graciela cook us dinner the first night, and that was delicious, not to mention the beautiful view. The kitchen has everything you need for a few days, depending on the size of your party. Beautiful, clean and well-maintained villa. Equipped with everything. Very nice and well organized outdoor green area and swimming pool. A great solution for those who want to spend time with friends and family in maximum relaxation and privacy. Very kind, helpful and nice owners. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in this pretty little village. The accommodation is very clean, nothing is missing. Carla is very available and welcoming. There's even a small grocery bar in the village. The bedding is good too. I recommend… thanks again for our stay.

A very nice home with ample space for six adults and two children. A kitchen that was nice and well stocked with cooking utensils, plates and silverware. The heating system worked well. TVs in almost every room were nice. Good Wi-Fi. Molina di Quosa is very nice. Quiet, small, with nice views of the mountains and hiking. There are two small markets and one café a short distance away.

very nice stay...the accommodation was clean and comfortable...Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Small downside the dishwasher does not wash properly and the fridge is not too cold..... We recommend staying because it's close to Pisa and amenities...

Very cozy and an incredible view from the terrace!

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

Comfortable house in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful views, and easy to manage day trips to surrounding areas. Nada was great at communicating and had many recommendations. Her daughter coming for a cooking class was a fun afternoon activity.
