Ruben and Melanie are excellent hosts. Their house has everything you need for a great holiday. It is only two minutes from the beach. In a very quiet neighbourhood.

The house is spacious , with 2 bedrooms and a comfortable kitchen-dining room, with everything you need for our stay. It's located about 5 or 6 blocks from downtown . A very quiet neighborhood ideal for resting and spending a relaxing stay. The host very kindly welcomed us. We didn't have any issues during your stay.

Everything is impeccable, just like the photos, the apartment is new. All smart teles i.e. we could watch netflix, prime, etc without problems when we were in the house. Los Aires excellent, they were freezing. The super comfortable rooms (especially the main, huge bed and lots of cushions) and having 3 bathrooms was super comfortable when returning from the beach. Perfect water pressure, and there was no problem if we used hot water in the 2 bathrooms. Lucrecia was quick to answer if you have any questions. In a moment I lock the door of a bathroom and immediately came a locksmith and I solve it. We had a problem that we noticed after we left, one of my girls fell and apparently I hit one of the radiators which caused the wall to peel. I notify me, I pass a budget and we fixed it without any problems. Highly recommended.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and has all that one may need. The decor is impeccable, even in every detail. The house is located in a forested area, surrounded by nature, it is a very nice, quiet, developing neighborhood, great for walking, cycling, running around the area. When we were there the street for the entrance of the vehicles to the house was not in good condition but that exceeds the house itself. Communication with Federico was very good and he cared about knowing what our stay had been there. We only had one inconvenience with the Lady who gave us the keys to the house at the time of entry but except for that detail, all 100% recommended. Clearly, we would come back.

Very nice apartment and super complete, which has air conditioning was best for the very hot days that touched us. The washer was also very useful and the location is perfect!

The stay in the apartment of Juan Manuel was excellent, it is just like the photos and is very well equipped - everything in perfect condition and new - it is 50 meters from the literal beach which is a great comfort. To add communication with the hosts was always smooth and quick, they and the administrator were always very friendly. We'll definitely be back and we recommend 100%

The proximity to the beach is really a dream, you arrive and you do not take the car anymore, nothing of having to go to the beach in the car 100 degrees and looking for parking that really changes your vacations. The only detail is how it is so close to the beach on Saturdays the music of the parador is heard but it is a single day that they put at least in my stay q I went in high season
