Guest # 1 :The house was very clean on our arrival and we were very impressed Guest #2: the manager was readily available to answer our inquiries Guest # 3 : we were given a warm welcome at our arrival and toured the home which was helpful and a lovely personal touch Guest #4: the size of the home was quite impressive and we loved discovering details in a new space for the 1st few days Guest #5 :all the seating areas were unique and gave us a chance to slip away while remaining close Guest #6: we were a group of 8 which can be tricky at times but given the size of the home we never felt crowded. We had an amazing 10 nights in the villa. The outside area was great for dining, sunbathing or just relaxing reading a book. Then the shaded area was great if you needed to get out of the sun. The swimming pool was really clean and well maintained throughout the holiday. As it was August it was lovely and warm. All bedrooms were a great size and it was lovely that each room had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and with Lidl only a 10 min walk away it was great for food shopping. Tirimisu Bar was great for food and drink and very reasonable. We also ate at a lovely Italian restaurant at the golf village which was only a few minutes drive away. Ubers were very easy to get. We had a late flight back so thankfully we were able to leave our cases in the villa until it was time to great. Overall a fantastic holiday in a great villa.

Absolutely a beautiful villa in a peaceful setting. There is a large supermarket nearby and the old town Albuferia and beaches are only a 8 to10 minute drive away. The villa has all the amenities you need and is well maintained. The grounds and pool area are large with plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade. Large patio table and chairs. Large brick charcoal bbq setup. Nice loungers and umbrellas for shade at the pool which was great and came in very handy. Very spacious bedrooms with massive wardrobes each with their own large en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen was extremely well equipped with a great supply of everything we needed. The laundry room has a washing machine, and each bedroom has air conditioning. We felt very safe at the property as there were locks and shutters for the doors and a locked gate to exit and enter. The villa was perfect for 10 guests (with 3 children). We had a great week thanks in part to the responsiveness and good advice of Patricia and her team with whom we had a lot of discussions (special attention to Danielle and her kindness) Thanks to them! Only very small downside, maybe the lack of accessories in the kitchen, but which in no way tainted our satisfaction. I recommend it 100%.

My husband and I with our two dogs stayed for a month. The house was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for a long stay. The location was ideal, everything was within a 5-10minute drive including the beach. The house is lovely and private with a huge garden that our dogs absolutely loved! The wardrobes and mattresses in the main bedrooms could do with updating which I think is fair to say. The annex is very modern with new furniture and a kitchenette which is a nice addition. Again, the location is just superb thank you.

We've just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Verde. It had everything we needed and was much bigger than the photographs suggest. It worked perfectly for us to visit family up the road and the pool was an added bonus. The villa was spotless and Phil always got back to me within minutes if I needed any help. Thank you!

Beautiful house for a group holiday, a slightly old-fashioned decor in the living room but beautiful spaces. One bathroom per room, it's super comfortable for groups! Pool + deckchairs were clean, and there was a ping pong table. The villa's referents were super responsive: we had a hot water problem and sent a team the same morning to fix that. Otherwise, the referents are perfectly English-speaking and have quite a few good tips on what to discover in the region. Great vacation, thanks

Me and 7 friends stayed here for 5 nights it was amazing! The pool and pool table were both great and there was more than enough space in the villa for everyone. The location was really good too very close taxi to Villamoura which is lovely and a bit of a longer taxi to Albufeira but Ubers come really quickly around here and are quite cheap. The hosts were lovey too very welcoming and always responsive. Thanks so much we would definitely stay again!

A wonderful villa, located in a quiet and peaceful area. Fernando was helpful and responsive to all our needs. An ideal place to stay nearby to the marina in Vilamoura.

The villa was even better than the pictures! Very spacious and clean and well equipped. The local area was very peaceful and relaxing. Magdalena and Jean were lovely hosts who were very responsive amd helpful. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The stay at this rental was absolutely amazing. Jacky was a gracious host and was there for any need and informed us of the villa very well . As of the villa , the place was pristine and full of the amenities listed . Would love to come back here.

José and Catiá were very welcoming and available for our stay at 12 in their house, especially to quickly remedy small problems (a problem with opening the door for example). they were also accommodating on our arrival time and we thank them very much. Their accommodation is beautiful, very functional and very very well maintained, it is very pleasant to stay in. The only negative point that does not depend on our hosts is the many construction works in the neighborhood that cause some morning noise disturbances but otherwise everything was great! Thanks!

The villa was incredibly well presented and had plenty of utensils for cooking if you wanted to! The pool table was a bit with our kids. Paulo was very responsive when I had any questions. Overall a wonderful stay and plenty of space for us all.

The villa was truly incredible, the pictures don’t do it full justice, and had everything we could have required. Hosts are lovely, check in everything you need to know you know, and they are easily contactable if you forget something or have a question. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

Excellent off season vacation. We were visiting friends in Huelva and Portugal so we decided to stay in El Rompido. The home is beautiful, we would have loved to have used the swimming pool but it was too cold. It is 30 min to Huelva and 1 hr to Faro, Portugal. The house is great for a group, upstairs is open and guests can live comfortably downstairs. We would definitely stay here again! Gate staff were very friendly as well.

Very nice house. Marina is a very nice and very responsive person. I highly recommend it for a good vacation.

Just had a 3 night stay in this property. Close to the marina and all local bars / restaurant. Maria was very helpful and flexible with check in and check out. Responds to e mails etc very quickly. Quite a quiet street with no disturbances, there is a large garden and communal pool to use. Property itself is a little dated but had plenty of amenities and was clean on arrival.

A really fantastic place to stay! We fully enjoyed the nice accommodation including a wonderful infinity pool. I would recommend this villa to everybody searching for a quiet place to enjoy your holidays !

This house was perfect for our holiday. It is very clean and well equipped and it is also within walking distance of Tavira town, so we could go out for dinner and have a few drinks without worrying about taxis or Ubers. It is facing the pool, and we enjoyed setting just outside the house on the deckchairs most days. Highly recommended! Thank you very much!

Very good house. Beautiful garden and good bedrooms. The only problem is the fact that the hot water only lasts for 3 persons… and the house fits for 9… it’s difficult for the showers.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property and the exceptional service provided by Caroline. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless, from her quick responses to her incredible local recommendations. It's rare to find a host who genuinely cares about your experience, but Caroline exceeded all expectations! The Villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. What really made Caroline’s personal touch. She had prepared a fantastic guidebook full of hidden gems that only a local would know, and her attention to detail made everything easy and stress-free. We’re already planning our return next year, and we’ll definitely be using this as our Algarve base for many years to come. If you're looking for the perfect getaway with outstanding service, this is it! Can’t recommend this place and Caroline enough—see you next year!
