The apartment was perfect for four adults. Great location, well equipped, modern and nice apartment. Nice and clean with very good beds. Cheerful host who provided good and helpful local recommendations. We would gladly came back!

Beatrice and her husband Alessandro were hospitable and super kind to let us check in early. We stayed in three families with two children each...from 5 years to 3 months! We couldn't choose a better place for the convenience of having the beach literally 20 meters from the house. Beautiful free beach and divine water, in the middle of two bathing establishments. Huge bedrooms. The outdoor spot with the kids was super helpful. A few utensils in the kitchen to add (vegetable peel - salad centrifuge) but in general well-stocked. Host very ready to give us information about places in the area, responsive and family friendly! Thank you from all of us!

We stayed in the app for 12 days. "Olive tree house" ! Due to technical problems in the Tangerine Tree House, Lyza left us the larger apartment in the same house for the same price. We enjoyed the olive tree house very much. Lyza has helped us very well with many tips (restaurants, beaches) and recommendations. Nice big terrace with great sea view. We always ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Just disturb the many mosquitoes! Very good location. You can walk quickly and easily to the old town and to the beach. Parking was very good and easy. You can make beautiful excursions from here. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Kitchen and amenities are very good. The bed is very good. The apartment (windows & doors) is equipped with good mosquito protection. The air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen are very good. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Great very modern, clean and newly renovated apartment. The location is very central and you can walk to everything in Castiglione. We particularly liked the two air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, which always kept the apartment nice and cool. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped as there are not so many dishes, spices, or an espresso cooker (only capsule coffee maker). Of course, this is also due to the fact that the apartment would not be booked as often yet. Although the apartment is located in a quiet side street, you can still hear a lot of the main street and the restaurants despite the closed windows. But if you don't have a light sleep, that won't bother you. Elsa was a very kind and helpful host. We were also particularly pleased with their tips and recommendations on the restaurants and bars. We would book the accommodation again at any time.

very, very nice apartment, I liked the kitchen on the veranda as madmen, Jacopo and his mother are very kind and super helpful. The area does not offer much but is 2 steps from the bus stop with which you can reach everything. Supermarkets reachable in 5/10 minutes on foot. The cleanliness was impeccable and the house was equipped with all the services listed in the listing. in the complex great

Fazenda da Ido is a perfect place for those who search for a peace & quiet Holidays, beauty, nature, amazing surroundings and wonderful hosts. The house was equipped with everything that you need for your dream vacations. It was very clean and arranged with style, the bed was comfortable and the view was simply stunning. Mattia was the kindest host that we ever met, he was carefull and helpfull, always aksing if we need someting more to enjoy our stay. At the end, we even recieved a present from his own olive oil manufacturing. Pian di Rocca is situated just a couple of kilometers from the sea and beautiful town Castiglione della Pescaia. The bicycles were available at place without an extra cost, so as dog's stay. If we ever decide to come back in this beautiful area, Mattia's place would be an easy choice. A warm recommendation for everyone, you won't regret!

Alessandro and Laura’s place is very secure and comfortable. A stone’s throw from the station which made it very easy for me to get to and walk to catch an early train. I caught buses all over orbetello and argentario which was super easy. Alessandro was very thoughtful and helped me get to locations further afield with a local taxi driver. Alessandro was a charming and generous host providing old school hospitality that Airbnb started with. It was greatly appreciated by this constant traveller.

Great place! Better than the photos. We felt very comfortable as a couple with a child and a dog. Quietly located, so we could even spend New Year's Eve undisturbed as desired. Nevertheless, there is plenty to do. The landlords had already heated the apartment, so we were able to move into a pleasantly tempered accommodation right away. The bed is wide and incredibly comfortable! The shower is also wonderful. Highly recommended!

This is such a beautiful pocket of sunshine with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed being close to a little forest for walks and exploring the towns around the lake is easy to do! I highly recommend a stay here. The hosts were so lovely and considerate!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

Marcella is a wonderful hostess and the apartment was perfect for our two families. The apartment terrace is especially unique - it provides wonderful views and a sense of privacy to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan landscape. The pool and the grounds are also wonderful for kids.

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

We stayed a week in one of the barn houses. The property is immersed in the Maremma countryside where the peace and sounds of nature reign. A few minutes away from vegetable shops, typical products and supermarkets. The nearby beaches are easily accessible in a few minutes by car and suitable for families. Hosts have recommended beaches, restaurants, and things to do near the property. The house is simply furnished but everything is perfectly functional and functional, the garden that each apartment has is delicious, fresh and full of flowers. For us it was an ideal solution to be able to explore the area and have the privacy and tranquility we were looking for for our holidays.

The place was really great, the pool was always empty and the neighbors mega nice, we highly recommend it! The beaches nearby are super nice even in July/ August quite empty. Thanks a lot!

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.
