The accommodation is very well located for enjoying walks in the forest and along the Seine, close to Fontainebleau and the train station. Beautiful view: forest on one side and the Seine on the other. Hélène has tastefully decorated the apartment which is very well-equipped. The house is beautiful and we had a very pleasant time with the family. Ideal for 4 people, we enjoyed the calm of the place. A true haven of peace. The forest is accessible on foot and we discovered many hikes there. A big thank you to Hélène for hosting us, her responsiveness and adaptability. A place to book without a second thought.

This was our first trip to Fontainebleau and staying at this apartment, made our trip. The location could not have been better to the restaurants, the market and the château. It was easy to find parking for free and the apartment was well outfitted and very private. We felt very safe and comfortable. When required, Mathew responded to any issues we had very quickly and helped us solve a few problems with ease. We travelled into Paris on many days and the trip was quick and easy by train. Overall, one of the best rentals we have had.

Always a very pleasant welcome because coffee, jam and juice are available. Host are very responsive and very pleasant. The house is well laid out and peaceful. As for the garden there is a swing for the children of the sunbeds a barbecue with all the necessities available. It is great.entrenu and you can also enjoy tables and chairs for lunch or even give on sunny days. So everything is perfect for a pleasant stay.

We stayed for almost 2 months and we loved the proximity from all shops, the Chateau and forest while also being in a very relaxed and quiet place. We had a lovely time in Fontainebleau. Apartment is nice and well suited for a family with 2 kids. Just the garage is quite small and we could barely fit our Renault small SUV and we could not close the garage door either.
