Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Montalbino, Milan

We loved our wkd stay at Mariagrazia's apartment. Ideally located and close to the Metro and only a few stops to the main attractions like the Duomo. Mariagrazia is an excellent host and she was very helpful when we arrived/departed. I would definitely recommend staying at Mariagrazia's apartment.

This place perfectly matched the description provided. It is a very clean, well-equipped, quiet, comfortable and warm house. I'm especially sensitive to the bed, but especially the bed was very comfortable and nice. It was the best.

We had a really great stay at Fabios. The place was as advertised and was easy to check both in and out. Throughout our stay they made sure to check in with us via messages and they were constantly offering their help. At points it could be a little loud in the apartment (from general street noise and cars driving around at night) but that is what can be expected when visiting a big city. Other than that the apartment was great. Located right next to a bus stop that could easily get you close to the city centre. All in all, very happy with our stay here.

The apartment is equipped with every service, we particularly appreciated Enrica's complimentary coffee pods and water bottles upon our arrival. The house is very clean and fragrant, which makes it very welcoming, also thanks to the decor studied in every detail. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with an amazing shower 😊 Only downside: the balcony on the ground floor, there was little privacy and it was not notified in the apartment description. The area is easily accessible by the yellow metro (M3) that arrives at every point of interest in Milan, it also has many services. Enrica was perfect, kind and polite, her information was very useful and her descriptions were clear and thorough. We really enjoyed the stay and if we return to Milan we will definitely also return to Enrica.

The house was at a very nice and calm area with walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and the metro. The house was clean and big with three bedrooms, two toilets, big kitchen and living room. Our host Nausica was very warm and welcoming.

Amazing place stay, great location, walkable to everything! Loved the views and the park right across the street! I will make sure to make my way back there very soon!

The place is new and clean. The home is well decorated and the kitchen equipment are complete and clean as well. Just as described in the listing.

Sabrina's apartment was very cozy, comfortable and super clean! The apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment has a wrap around balcony/terrace which provided incredible views of the city. We had a perfect spot to view fireworks on New Year's Eve! The shower did not run out of hot water and the coffee machine worked perfectly. Sabrina is a fantastic host. She is super friendly, helpful and provided us with plenty of great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The Internet was solid. The tram stops right out front of the building which made it easy to move around the city. Thank you, Sabrina!

Antonio's apartment met all our needs in Milan. it was our own apartment close to incredible restaurants, a little market, cafes and the train station. he was so responsive to all my questions. I felt so at home and comfortable.

Maddalena’s apartment was one of the cutest Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Everything is furnished so uniquely, from the bookshelves to the various kinds of lamps around the home. The windows and balconies provide a lot of natural light during the day time and it gave the apartment a very chill vibe. On top of that, her neighbor’s cats came to hang out with us for a little bit and they were extremely friendly too. Couldn’t have asked for a better time in Milan :)

Absolutely loved my stay at Terrazza Ariberto! The space is modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort. The kitchen and living area are brand new, and the bed was incredibly cozy. Marco was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure our stay was perfect. The location was ideal – close to everything but still peaceful. Highly recommend this gem of a flat!

We had a wonderful stay here at Carlo’s place. It’s extremely central location was amazing, the apartment was warm, newly renovated and the beds were very cosy. The south facing sunny balcony was an unexpected bonus. Carlo has thought of everything to make sure the stay is convenient and as comfortable as possible. We will be back for sure next time we come to Milan.

Fantastic apartment and location for central Milan! The covered patio/greenhouse space was just perfect for sitting with a morning espresso. I was skeptical we would be able to use the covered patio in December, but there is a wall heater to keep it toasty and comfortable. Maria was extremely generous with her recommendations and amenities, including beverages and snacks! I would call out that, if you are tall, the bathroom may be a challenge - my nearly 6' 4" husband barely fit in the shower. We know this is common in Europe, so no one to blame for it - simply an FYI if anyone is tall!

The apartment is exactly how seen in the pictures. It’s about ten minutes away from Milano Centrale railway station in a nice and quiet area. The house has got basically anything you might need for your stay, there’s even a coffee machine! All the rooms are super clean and spacious, the beds are so comfortable it feels like being at home. Michele is a great host, available and ready to give assistance. Cherry on top: the rooftop is perfect to chill out.
