The apartment, besides being clean and well equipped, is very nicely decorated! The location is ideal, in the heart of Nantes. The 2 parking spaces are a must in a pedestrian heart of town. Julie was a very responsive and understanding host. We recommend this accommodation, especially with a child as the basic equipment (as well as toys) are available in the apartment. See you soon!

We really enjoyed the place for a family weekend! Quiet neighborhood and a few minutes from downtown. Very functional and with recent materials, the accommodation was very clean . Very good stay in this very well decorated studio, and very well equipped, it is very quiet and the view of the garden is really nice. Conveniently located apartment, 15 min from the train station and 5 min from the city center by tram. The apartment is very well equipped, and not insignificant point of unparalleled cleanliness on this platform. Cozy decor, also has a balcony for beautiful weather. The entrance is self-contained, but Antoine is present to attend remotely, a welcome booklet is available to guide us elsewhere. I recommend it, a great weekend for me.

Accommodation and hospitality was excellent. The equipment is exactly the number of occupiers planned. The immediate environment is quite bucolic. In short , we were delighted with our stay.

Séverine and Timothee were superb hosts. The photos on the airbnb don't do the house justice- it's truly lovely. The swimming pool although described as a salt pool barely felt like one (so don't let that stop you from booking this place). Easy to get into Nantes on the bus and great boulangeries in walking distance from the house - perfect!

An ULTRA clean and quiet bnb air! Everything was perfect, Super modern, a very flexible and welcoming host! The house has all the comforts you need, located in the Zola neighborhood close to the center, it's very easy to park in front of the house or on the street, everything was perfect. Quiet and pleasant apartment, as described. I recommend it without hesitating.

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

This is a very comfortable, attractive apartment in a pleasant residential neighborhood that is close to city center - walkable to many things and easy to get to public transport. There are nearby restaurants, a tiny weekly market, a nice wine shop and vegetable market, supermarket a very short walk away.
