Vacation rentals with beach access in Monopoli

Beautiful modern apartment, clean and well-equipped. Comfortable bedding. Nice modern bathroom. We had a great time during our stay. Vito was very involved in our welcome despite our arrival in the middle of the night and made sure we had everything we needed. So thank you so much Vito!! There is free parking 200 m away, which is good because in Italy you have to pay to park on the street from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. We recommend 100%

Everything was super, only negative is there is no wifi.

We travel a lot, but we have never stayed in such a charming and cosy apartement like this. Perfect loation, stylish furniture, excellently equipped and quiet. And the host is super nice! We were absolutely touched by the welcome presents given us by Livia and her mother. Highly recommended!

We had a beautiful stay in Monopoli for our family of 5. Directly opposite a free beach and a couple of beautiful restaurants on the water. Apartment had beach chairs, towels etc. Walkable to the historic centre and supermarket close by. Our host provided great food and activity recommendations across the region. Overall a wonderful stay! Next time we will need to come back for longer

Beautiful apartment! Modern, spacious and super clean! We absolutely loved this place! The could sit on the large terrace and look at the sea & harbour all day! Simonetta was very accommodating! We had a transportation issue and she was very understanding and helpful.

The property is right above a restaurant and you can see the sea from the balcony. Within walking distance are restaurants, bars, small shops, a supermarket and a vending machine kiosk where you can pull chilled drinks and snacks until late at night. The place was clean and we felt comfortable overall, only the kitchen is rather sparsely furnished and the oven is not connected, we didn't try the stovetops in the first place. You also get very cheaply delicious pizza to take with you in the neighborhood, e.g. We had a rental car but also took the bus and train to downtown to avoid finding parking. By car, we explored the surrounding region and can also recommend it - although always worth a view of the train connections, as train travel in Italy is very cheap. Overall, we had a great holiday with this apartment as a starting point.

Beautiful home with a great roof terrace! The small kitchen is super equipped - in general, the whole apartment is furnished with many useful details. Parking is free close by for free. And the host is also always available and very eager. All in all, a wonderful place to stay in a great city!

The house is beautifully designed and perfect for a quiet getaway. It's central to all the main areas you'd want to visit and you can bike to the water. Wim was really responsive and the house guide is extremely helpful for tips and house rules. Highly recommended and we'd want to return!

We really enjoyed staying at Francesco's place. He is a superb host. The apartment is beautiful, well maintained and the location is just fantastic. Francesco was very accommodating and nice and regularly asked if everything was okay and if he could do anything for us. If we had any questions, he responded directly - always polite and nice. We'd come back any time.

Mario's place was as advertised- stunning with remarkable views of the Adriatic Sea. The interior design was also lovely and eclectic. Mario was always responsive and even paid for our tuk tuk ride from the train station. We really loved our stay in the old section of Polignano a Mare, largely due to this fabulous AirBnb. Stunning. Very nice accommodation in the historic center, in a pedestrian zone, but in a quiet area. Close to restaurants, bars, and everything you need to see. The host was very kind and caring.

We stayed with this agency from July 6 to July 27, 2024. The house was clean, simple, and with everything a family needs. Shaded private parking. 20 meters from the sea and the free beach. The agency is simply fantastic, always available, offering up-to-date information and if anything is needed, they respond quickly 7 days a week. I recommend it to everyone, we had an excellent stay.

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb in Bari, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The apartment is in a fantastic location, situated in the beautiful neighborhoods of Madonella. The area is full of charming historic buildings, excellent bars, and restaurants, and it’s just a stone’s throw away from the picturesque Città Vecchia. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped – honestly, the best-equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, especially in terms of the kitchen and other amenities. The beds were very comfortable. Being so close to Lungomare, the seaside promenade, was a huge bonus for morning jogs and relaxing walks by the sea. The host, Ewa, was fantastic – very communicative, proactive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor, it was not an issue for us. We will definitely come back! Dziękujemy!

Excellent last minute find for an overnight stay. We felt that we were not only transported in place but also in time. We found ourselves in a very picturesque walkable neighborhood with many cute shops and restaurants and very close to the Saint Nicholas Basilica and a beautiful promenade along the sea. Highly recommend 👌

Home away from home ! Maria Elena and Guido were so warm and friendly. Maria Elena makes a special treat for a welcome gift. I felt like I was visiting family. They live in the same building so if there is any wants and needs they are quickly to respond and happy to help . Maria Elena and Guido go above and beyond to provide you with all necessities to make your atay enjoyable.Location is wonderful very close to the train station , shopping promenade, waterfront and Old Town. I would highly recommend .It is the best Airbnb I have stayed in my travels . Thank you Maria Elena and Guido it was a pleasure to meet you.

Our stay at Filippo's apartment was fantastic. Easy to communicate with and check in was very smooth. We accidentally used something with the wrong power rating and blew a fuse and Filippo was so kind and responsive to help us with our mistake. Very convenient with a family of four to have one room with two single beds for the kids and a second bedroom with a double bed for the parents. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well! The two full bathrooms were also very convenient and appreciated! The kitchen was even stocked with the basics to get you started such as water, juice, snacks. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Bari!

Piermario is a great host. He is friendly, proactive, responds to minor issues immediately and has a great spot. The main commercial and retail area is 10 minutes walking distance, 10 minute walk to the airport shuttle bus, 25 minute walk to the train station and 20 minutes to the historic part of Bari and the waterfront. The immediate street is a bit rough around the edges but we weren't concerned about our safety. Our host left us numerous recommendations, tips, directions, etc. Large grocery store 2 blocks away. Piermario left a large quantity of staples for us, far more than most Airbnbs. Great spot for a few days in Bari or an extended stay that includes numerous day trips to Monopoli, Brindisi, Alberobello and other cities. We highly recommend. Grazie Piermario!

Silvia's place was very picturesque with a stunning sea view as soon as you step out. Very modern house with beautiful interiors. Silvia was very kind and left us fruits and walnuts. The kitchen was functional and the toilets were spacious. Stones throw away from Domenico Modugno statue, about 1km from railway station. Had a lovely time in Polignano a Mare 🩵🩵Highly recommend. Giorgio is a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is clean and tidy and has air conditioning. The beach and city center are within walking distance and there is free parking 15 minutes from the apartment. The place is quiet and close to the coast. Giorgio was always available when needed and lives right in the apartment next door. We recommend this airbnb!
