A very cozy house, impeccable, the location allowed easy access to the different areas of the geography. It is the only stay where I was charged extra for me the pet, however it was received without a problem.

Super recommended. A quiet place, with a great view. From the first moment they were communicating proactively. I loved the hotel, its surroundings, the location and the service of Yurany the whole time was the best. I will be back!

Excellent cabin with great accommodations and beautiful views. The hot tub was very relaxing and functioned perfectly, it also had a beautiful view of the lake. Comfortable beds and linen. The cabin has a unique and special design. Manuel was very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. Highly recommended if you are visiting the area.

Edison did a phenomenal job with communicating with us and guiding us to the location as well as keeping tabs with us to make sure we got there for check in. I enjoyed the stay and he was able to accommodate us and fit our needs in the best way he can. My wife and her family and kids really enjoyed it and we definitely got to see the beauty of the lake as well as get a lot of recommendations of locations to see and check out. the place looks fantastic and I completely enjoyed the stay I had even if it was a short day. I would definitely come back and recommend your stay here.

We were delighted, it was a very quiet stay. Angelica and her husband are very kind, they were very attentive to help us in everything we needed. The place is identical to the photos, it's warm at night because it has heat. You can rest very well for the tranquility of the place and the surroundings. 5-star rated. We'll be back for the next time.

Was very nice and clean place. Juan called me before I arrived, which made things very easy for me and I appreciate it. Just a negative observation, we filtered by the parking lot and, in the end, we had to pay 4 thousand pesos, which is not expensive but not within the conditions, it was not clear information from the beginning. And another little girl, they could make more pillows to sleep better

Accommodation is beautiful. Very well located to have the best view of the area. All facilities are in pristine condition. Very quiet and safe. Details in every corner and decorated with a lot of style. Hosts have always been available and respond in a timely manner. Recommended ☺️

I love the hotel The view is spectacular as shown in the pictures. Consuelo was very friendly and helpful. The food is really good. What we loved the most was the tranquility of the place and the view of the Laguna de Tota from the bedrooms and the dining room. Excellent attention from Consuelo.
