The house is wonderful and cozy, everything is clean and smelling, the bedding smell and great quality, the house is beautiful all decorated, the fans in all rooms was a differential! In the photos there is not yet the BBQ area, which is very good and beautiful! The beach is very close, we were walking, super quiet way, it has markets near tbm, finally everything perfect, with ctz we will come back more times

Great accommodation we felt at home, all very clean and organized. Near various trades, fair, sea front, restaurants. We will definitely stay but times and we recommend it for sure.

Extremely wonderful, cozy, clean and well-organized location. All rooms have air-conditioning, in this heat it made a total difference. Luís was very attentive and kind to us, always answering us super fast from the entrance to the exit. It was an amazing weekend, for sure we'll be back.

Everything is great in the stay. I spent with my family the Réveillon of 2025. The house was in perfect condition and comfortably accommodated 11 adults and 2 children. All rooms with air conditioning and some also with a fan. 5 comfortable bedrooms, 1 of them suite, two large bathrooms and the very spacious kitchen and living room. The atmosphere is very cool. in the upper part, a large gourmet area and a swimming pool with very good sunbathing area. Anyway, the space of the house is extremely pleasant. It's all well clean and organized. Ricardo is an excellent host, was flexible at check-in and allowed our entrance a little early so we could get out of traffic. Also, it gave all the necessary assists and responded very quickly. Very considerate. Finally, the property's location is excellent. Mercados, pharmacies very close, it is possible to walk, the beach is also very close, 1 block and the building has service on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. I highly recommend it!

The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

Me and my family We spent four days of the Carnival holiday. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, everything working perfectly, air-conditioning and TV in all the bedrooms, kitchen utensils that serve perfectly well, very cozy barbecue area, beautiful view of the sunset, pool was clean every day. The building is well located, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the beach. Marcio always showed up and Fabi was very dear and attentive in all our lodging, always responding immediately. I highly recommend it.

My family and I love the house, the Pool, everything. Vera um amor de Pessoa always quickly answered the messages and clarified all doubts. O Cícero is friendly and kind mto. I loved it all, I want to come back more often.

The apartment is wonderful. All clear, without the smell of mold and with all the necessary utensils (and a little more). Mr. Cláudio is extremely attentive and concerned about doing the best for the guest. The building staff are also extremely polite and attentive. In short, I have nothing to complain about.

From the very start, the incredible support from the owners and staff, Miguel and Diva, made our stay truly special. The place offers endless possibilities to explore, surrounded by stunning nature. The swimming pool is not only refreshing but also extremely comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax. The barbecue area is fantastic for preparing a variety of meals, from grilled meats to pizzas, thanks to the well-equipped area. We also made great use of the amazing kitchen at the main house, which provided everything we needed to cook different dishes with ease. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and provided us with all the comfort we needed. We are deeply grateful to the owners and staff for this wonderful experience, and we will certainly be back in the future!

My family and I love the stay. The apartment is very close to the beach and has many shops around. The staff of the building are very attentive. The host is also super considerate. The apartment was super clean and is wonderful.

excellent property, especially for those with family!!! whenever I go to Itanhaém and I hardly find a house with a huge backyard like this one. I only have compliments to do: house is huge, clean, no noise, excellent showers ( hard to find by Itanhaém). I highly recommend it! The best home I've ever stayed... easy to access location. I spent the weekend of 03/08 with my family, we went in 14 people and we were very well accommodated. The house is huge, very comfortable, the pool is wonderful, the water is warm until late, we stayed in the pool until 8pm on Saturday and the water was delicious. The house is close to the beach, to go by foot, there is a market near tbm. WIFI works well, the barbecue tbm used and served us well... Only compliments to this house, Rozana tbm always requests and responds super fast... We want to come back more times for sure, it was a wonderful experience.
