The location was excellent! The place was clean and lovely and was perfect for the 4 guests. Louis even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying here in Nice! The apartment is in a wonderful location. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and we were surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants! Hanna was an amazing host, it was easy to get in touch with her and she was responsive.

I had a great stay - beautiful new apartment, right in the centre, 5 mins walk from the train station/ 25 euro uber trip to Monaco. Perfect location. Super clean and spacious place. You do beed to bring your luggage to 3 rd floor with no lift though. Saimir, who manages the property with Anya was there every day and helped with everything straight away. And also helped amazingly with keeping my luggage longer on check out. Massively appreciate! Will def come back! Thank you, team!

Perfect place for us to stay, the bed very comfy, good heating (it was really cold outside), the kitchen equipped with all we needed. Very much recommended space!

Even in the cold weather in January, I was able to spend a warm night with the electric pad and heating system. Lars gave us very friendly instructions. It was a pity that I couldn't use the pool because it was cold. The heated pool looked very warm. This is the place I want to stay again in the summer:)

Beautiful apartment, very well located. Good bedding. All done on foot. At the Rondelli car park and at the climb of the Val Rahmeh garden you can find a free spot! But you still have to walk after that! Only Les Sablettes Beach, as its name suggests, has sand, but currently closed for embellishment work. A building construction is planned next to the Verlaine, check it out!

Our stay at the apartment in the middle of september was just wonderful! Tobias and David are the nicest hosts, very carring but not intrusive at all. Their wine bar is also an absolut recommendation. The flat is very stylish and clean and is perfectly located to either have a nice beach day, have a hike in the mountains or just releax in the apartment and enjoy the view. Best of all worlds! Thanks for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas and New Year and felt very much at home.The balcony too was great and we enjoyed having breakfast there most mornings looking at the beautiful sea views.Would recommend Laure's place and will hopefully stay there again

Perfect apartment for a working/vacation. Great location close to the centre of Villefranche although you do need to be fairly fit to climb the steps from the harbourside to the property. Roni was very helpful and met us on arrival and gave us some great tips on local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning soon.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is very beautiful, the rooms are well distributed (a master suite at the end of the apartment, a beautiful and well-equipped spare room with its shower room following then the living room) and allow everyone to find a little privacy when necessary. The amenities are many and convenient (tv, air conditioning, cooking utensils, etc...). The terrace that runs throughout the apartment (and therefore, accessible from all rooms) is very nice. The view is splendid (towards the Italian coast, the sea, the port and the old Menton). Crossing the opposite sidewalk, we are right away on the boardwalk that leads to Les Sablettes and Vieux Menton. It's a very nice rental. Underground parking (narrow and steep) is a challenge but it's a real chance to have a guaranteed parking space in this neighborhood where squares are in high demand.
