Amazing location right on the beach. Very nice and helpful host. For a good selection of shops and restaurants, the car is necessary.

The moment we arrived we were welcomed by Gaetano and Maria Francesca who couldn’t be more gracious and attentive during our stay. We were greeted with a lovely basket of fruit and snacks and our accommodations exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and artwork by Francesca were so beautiful! Our hosts were a phone call away and were available any time for recommendations in the vicinity. We hope to come back again one day soon! Ciao❤️🇮🇹

Beautiful and modern accommodation, as can be seen in the pictures. Good beds and fine bathrooms and sparkling clean. Very welcome and welcoming reception. Private car park for rental car. As the only downside: the busy road at the front of the house, for the rest a very quiet neighborhood. The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and if you walk down the boulevard you have a good supermarket 5 minutes away. Apart from that, plenty of restaurants with plenty of choice, also in February. Great base for trips in the neighborhood or to Palermo. Downtown Palermo can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Very friendly and helpful host. Communication was great and friendly from the start, and Maia was proactive in the days leading to our stay. The location was great with a lot to do in the surroundings. The view of the sea just outside the window with a cosy roof terrace was as great as advertized. We stayed just 4 days, but will for sure consider next time we visit Sicily.

The stay with Dario, was our last apartment in Sicily. The location is perfect to visit Palermo, Monreale and Mondello beach. The apartment is new and wonderfully large. There were two of us, but there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so very suitable for four people. In addition to the apartment being beautiful, the most important thing to say is: the tremendous hospitality of Dario and his wife. Upon arrival, there were brioche ready for us, halfway through we got a nice wine from the region and at our farewell delicious sandwiches for breakfast….. and it's not even about what we got, it's much more about the kindness and the willingness to help, give tips and advice. Dario was WONDERFUL and felt familiar like we were friends. I can write much more beautiful and good, e.g. about how neat and clean and new it was... but I would say: experience it for yourself. It was a very nice stay and Emilia was very kind and responded quickly.

The Adil’s apartment is like on the photos. The two principal rooms are big. One with 3 beds and the other one with 2 beds. The third room don’t have windows and a double bed. The kitchen is small, but enough for preparing a quick lunch or a breakfast. It is really near Central Station, so it’s very easy to arrive by train from the airport. Adil answers you quickly when you have questions and always try to help you.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Sergio and his wife who were amazing hosts. A welcome with small onions, recommendations and above all the pleasure of sharing tradition. We felt at home during this WE and it's thanks to you. A clean, well-equipped, spacious and above all very well located for visiting Palermo on foot! I highly recommend this listing!! What a beautiful place! We had a wonderful time.

This is a beautiful, clean apartment in a historic building in the historic city center of Palermo. There are many restaurants, shops, cafes, bars and attractions within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed having the terrace to enjoy the outdoors. The bed was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and the washing machine was a great addition. Alfredo is a very good host - communication was great and he gave us plenty of recommendations for attractions, restaurants and beaches. We highly recommend his AirBnb to other travelers.

Fernando's flat was big and clean. We spent a lovely week there. The location is right in the market area, and free parking is about a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here

The apartment is located in the best Palermo’s area, everything reachable by foot and amazing bars and restaurants few minutes walking distance. The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people, everything you need is inside and it is super cozy and beautiful. On top of it, Enrico is a very helpful and kind host. I highly recommend this place.

This place is fantastic. It’s large and has everything you need in the perfect location. The hosts Mole & Luigi and wonderful and provide lots of information to help explore and get the most out of your stay. Free parking close by at the Piazza Marina just around the corner. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Dell’Albero! The villa itself is beautiful, with a fantastic pool and stunning mountain views. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 1 baby. The location is ideal, with both Castellammare del Golfo and Alcamo just a short drive away—both towns are full of charm and have plenty to explore. Fabrizio, our host, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—he even prepared the villa with a high chair, baby bath tub, and other essentials for our little one. Knowing we’d be checking in late, he stocked the fridge with groceries, which was such a kind and helpful gesture. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

Amazing place to stay with family. Very quiet and relaxing area. House is beautifully maintained and lots of garden space to relax. Riccardo has great local recommendations to enjoy local foods as well as locations to visit. With a rental car Palermo centre is 20 minutes away, so if distance is a factor then this villa is still worthwhile.

We spent 5 pleasant days at the Villa di Fabrizio and Lavinia. Communication was always accurate and timely. The property is reminiscent of a small Hollywood villa transplanted in Sicily. Tastefully designed and furnished, the villa and above all its pool allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay in privacy. The two hosts live in the basement and are often absent during the day for work. The villa coexists physiologically with the small fauna of the Sicilian countryside, for example with nice geckos who come in at night to browse. Recommended for those who want to relax in a spacious, clean, quiet environment, surrounded by nature that can even be sumptuous in some of its details.

We had a great week in Pietro's house. The communication with Pietro before and during our stay was perfect and he also had useful recommendations regarding trips and shopping around the area. The check-in was also super and easy. The house is located in a quiet area and has a spectacular view. From both outside patios you have a wonderful view on the area and the sea. The kitchen was well stocked, so go for it if you love to prepare your own meals. Overall, we definitely recommend this house and hope to return in future.
