beautiful terrace, nice quiet private location

we really enjoyed our 9 day stay at Don Ciccio Seahouse. We were a family group of 10 ranging in age from 23 to 86 years old. There are plenty of different areas and rooms both indoors and outdoors for everyone to have their own space as well as be all together for meals for example. The garden is very pleasant and the pool area beautifully maintained as well as spacious, with great views. We had 2 hire cars and it would be difficult without. I'd definitely recommend a car to go to the shops, restaurants, station etc... Going into Palermo was easy using the train, the station is 5min drive away and has a free carpark. Mattro was a really great host, very responsive and really helpful with everything. He gave us a great introduction to an amazing local bakery/deli which we visited every day! Definitely recommend the house 😀

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

Roberto's villa is breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed as a family of all ages from kids to grandparents and everything was wonderfully thought out. Roberto was there to welcome us and his generosity was unsurpassed from helping with our first shop to local restaurant recommendations, we cannot thank you enough for making it such a wonderful trip! The pool was spotless and the layout great for a big group! The photos do not do this place justice. Would have loved to use the pizza oven, next time for sure...we cannot wait to return xx

I celebrated my 30th birthday here with my closest friends, and I will remember this day for the rest of my life! This is one of the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed homes I’ve ever seen. Everything is even better than in the photos. Stunning terrace, private sea access, grill, large dining tables, and tastefully selected tableware. I especially want to highlight the orthopedic pillows. Maia is an incredible host—always available and ready to help. I highly recommend that everyone experience staying in such a wonderful place at least once in their life.

We enjoyed our stay which was a great base for seeing many lovely sites in different directions which were within 1 hr driving time . We got to Selinunte,Mozio and Marsala ,Monreale , Scopello and enjoyed eating dinner in Castellmare and Balestrate as well as cooking at home. Very spacious accommodation and felt comfortable and at home even when we had some rain and cooler weather. And the wildflowers at this time of year are a riot of colour!

A great place to stay! Davide was very communicative with instructions and met us in person to show us around the home and provide recommendations. The unit is on the first floor so you can take stairs or there is an elevator if needed. We were here for a little over a week, working remotely (fast Wi-Fi), and taking day trips to Cefalù, Agrigento, Monreale, and more. The location is fantastic - a short walk away from the tourist highlights and great restaurants. And there are close bus stops that drop you off at the train station. There is also a huge grocery store about 5 min walk away. The amenities were useful - everything in the kitchen is functional, and the washer was great as well. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend to others.

Very nice apartment near the sites in Palermo. Sabrina was very responsive and available for us. Located on a quiet street so we felt safe at night. Everything was very acceptable. Two full bathrooms is rare for most AirBnB's so we certainly enjoyed this feature. Plenty of heating during winter months. There is room for improvement: hot water availability was not always up to par during showers, would need more seating in the living room if we went back with friends. Would we like to go back to this property in the future: yes.

Vincenzo's place has a good location just out of the centre of Palermo. It is clean, well furnished and has everything you will need for an extended stay. I was there for a month and found that I had everything that I needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the internet is fast and reliable. Although the apartment is small, the space is very well utilized. A great option for a comfortable stay in Palermo.

Warm thanks for Lucia's frendly hospitality that we encountered during our whole stay in Palermo. The apartment was even better that the photos let us to understand. It was well equipped, decorated with style and spotless. And the view from the roof top terace is magnificent .

Quiet place, located in a good spot, close to everything you need. Marina has been very friendly and responsive.

Very comfortable apartment for 3 week stay. Very quiet bedroom with comfortable King bed in an authentic local area but still in the heart of Palermo. Guils was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very relaxing week at Leanne’s. Giuseppe met us when we arrived and told us about the apt and keys, and left us with some excellent ideas for restaurants. The street was extremely busy, but the apt very quiet. The bed was comfortable, shower hot, everything worked, it was very central, and a pleasant place to stay. What few questions we had, Leanne answered quickly. We cooked several meals in the kitchen. We used the elevator for our luggage, but otherwise used the grand stone staircase to the top- a good workout, and aesthetically pleasing. It was too cold to sit and eat on the pretty little terrace, but nice to be able to step out to check the weather before going downstairs. A lovely week in a nice apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much. Valentina is an excellent host, always very quick to respond and very helpful letting us into the apartment well before the check in time. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as the touristic center but still in the heart of the city. Please be aware that the free parking is not on location but a few blocks away. Not a problem at all once Valentina sent us the location. We can highly recommend the apartment and it’s great host.

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

It was the perfect place to stay in Palermo for us, the host was super responsive and the apartment really clean!

Giuseppe is really great as a host. Every wish was fulfilled for us, he even made it possible for us to register the car. This meant that all roads could be used. The location of the apartment was very central. So we were able to explore Palermo on foot, of course not always quietly due to the central location, but that didn't bother us. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped, was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The value for money is excellent and therefore recommended. Thank you

This is such a great place to stay in Palermo, it’s centrally located and puts you in walking distance of so much of the city! There’s tons to do within a few steps without it being loud at all in the flat. Highly recommend staying here!

The location was in the city center, the only downside was finding parking but that is not unique to this Airbnb! The rooms were spacious!
