A very large beautiful apartment in a good location. This apartment is massive by US standards, let alone European. The parking was very convenient. Tatjana was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend the apartment to anyone.

After a few hiccups regarding the WiFi and heating - and always excellent responses from Miguel & Patricia - we ultimately felt right at home. We loved the location, it was so easy to get around everywhere in Olhao by foot. The beds were very clean and comfortable. And the view from the balcony was beautiful. We appreciate that Miguel and Oateicia were very responsive to any concerns we had. Just be aware the building houses restaurants below the units, and it can get a bit noisy on the weekends. Otherwise we loved staying here.

Staying at Miguel’s place was such a great experience! It was so peaceful, the apartment is right next to the beach so you can see the seat from the bedroom and the balcony - my boyfriend and I slept like a baby to the sound of the waves! Not only that, Miguel is an incredibly friendly and responsive host! Couldn’t recommend more - thanks Miguel!

We enjoyed our time here with a very modern and well equipped, comfortable apartment in a great area of the old town close to beach, restaurants and bars. Our host was very responsive to our queries. We would definitely consider a return visit. Thank you Thiago.

The apartment maybe was out of the centre but still close by to the restaurants, daily groceries, local business. The space for us 5 people,just great - the kitchen equipment good, big main room, two full bathrooms and a small one, comfortable bedrooms. And an outside area. The neighborhood was really quiet. And the host(s)- amazing. We felt taken care of. I even didn't ask the questions, they were already answered. It was my first experience with airnb -so, I'm into it.

We absolutely loved the place, its nice decor, its large balcony facing the ocean and esplanade and the restaurants & shops around. Wonderful location and stay.

Set back off the promenade with a perfect view of the beach. Ideal location with most amenities close by.

Incredibly beautiful location by the sea. Falling asleep at night with the roaring of the sea in the background 🥰 Also a lot of beautiful beaches to discover in the area so renting a car is highly recommended! Car can be parked for free in the area of the beach house. We had a great time!

David and Megan's spacious townhouse was in a perfect spot to be near everything, but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. They offered some nice extras that don't seem to be part of the AirBnB experience anymore, like milk, juice and coffee to start off your vacation. David even picked us up at the train station and drove us to the townhouse. We were impressed with their quick response when we had a question. Although we didn't take advantage of the service, they offered to be of assistance with providing ideas for excursions and things to do in the area.

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

Very central location in old town Albufeira. Literally steps from dozens of restaurants/cafes. Beautiful 2-level terrace on floors 2 and 3 with amazing views to the ocean. Marina was a great host.

I stayed 3 nights at this apartment with my wife and adult daughter. I can highly recommend other people to stay there. The apartment itself is in perfect condition, all the furniture, bathroom, kitchen etc seem new and are of a luxury standard. The location is excellent ie it is in the heart of Tavira. The apartment is managed by Manuel: he managed everything perfectly and replied to any questions very quickly. Overall, a great experience for my family and I.

The property was very nice and only a short walk to the local bars and restaurants.

We were 6 adults and our stay was wonderful! The house exceeded our expectations and the location is close to all amenities. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and were very helpful as we arrived late and also needed a late checkout; we will certainly book again!!

The apartment was a highlight for us in every way. The three of us lived there. Everyone had their own private room for sleeping. 2 bathrooms offered additional comfort. Overall, it was very quiet and pleasant in the house. Living on the 12th floor with fantastic sea views, wrap-around terrace, modern furnishings, large dining table and cozy sofa was a wonderful feeling. We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, and the views from both balconies were stunning. The apartment was spotless and had a well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking easy. They were also kind enough to let us have a late check-out since no one else was arriving immediately, which was a nice touch. That said, the space wasn't quite as polished as the photos suggested. The two single beds pushed together were comfortable but due to a gap in the middle wasn’t the best and the peeling toilet seat felt unhygienic. Despite these minor issues, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. We had an overall enjoyable experience, and with a few small improvements, this place would be perfect. Would definitely recommend for the location and cleanliness!

Great apartment, highly recommend

If I could give Anita 10 stars, I would. Anita and her husband were there to greet us and go over everything in the apartment. My wife is extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and she was thrilled with the care taken to ensure the apartment was clean. Anita had a basket of goodies as well as many items in the fridge for us which was so much appreciated. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with regard to utensils, etc. All the appliances are new and the best part was the dishwasher. The view is spectacular and there are chairs and a table on the balcony to sit and enjoy the scenery. The area is perfect - tons of restaurants and pubs and a grocery store within a few minutes walk. If we ever return to the Algarve, Anita's is the only place we would consider staying.

We had a great time in Albufeira/ Olhos d‘ Aqua. The first coffee in the morning with this view tastes much better. The apartment is well equipped. We lacked nothing. The only thing we would have to complain about is that something is pulling in the house and we woke up in the morning with a stiff neck and the doors rattled a little at night. But we would definitely come back. The sound of the sea while you're still in bed is really beautiful 🌞🌊

We were in Olhão in 2021/2022. At this time we saw Delmar Residence under construction. I was glad to find this AirBnb at this place. We chose it for the big dining area and salon, the chair and the sofa are incredibly comfortable. Also the balcony is a great place to gave an aperitif. We stayed one month and cooked almost every day. We did use the pool only once. It is too small and the water too shallow to really have a swim. Overall a fantastic place to stay. We will come again.
